All bad….

Bought this tv for my daughter. Loved the price and the size of the tv so we took a chance. Big mistake, it always freezes on her, her main page don't always load, some of the apps aren't working and now today her volume went out and we had to unplug it and reset it for it to work. Very very disappointed. Now we are stuck with a tv that works whenever ur wants.

Perfect For My Needs

When I first decided to buy this TV, I had no knowledge of the many features that came with it such as AirPlay, Smartcast, and the wide variety of built-in apps that make the set more enjoyable. That combined with the amazing size and view of the screen make me really appreciate the quality that Vizio puts into their products.

a Nice TV with some Challenges

I got this TV at Christmas for a great price. My only frustration is that it gets disconnected easily from my internet. The other 4 TV's in my house have no problems. But at least once or twice a month my TV will need to be reset to the factory settings to reconnect it to my wifi.

Early problems....fixed now

This was my first big screen smart TV purchase so I looked forward to enjoy the BIG screen and the smart features, especially the apps to watch sports & movies! After setting it up, I ran into problems playing Hulu & Netflix! Apps that I used frequently & the reason I wanted the BIG screen with the apps built in. I contacted both Apps & was told "they are working on it." I was ready to return the TV & find a different brand after about 1 month of the same issues (been smartcasting from my phone). I decided to reset the TV as last straw before I return it. It WORKED! I don't know why, but it did. So since then, I've been enjoying it with issues so far. I am enjoying the BIG screen and the Apps that I used frequents & enjoying the quality.

Ok features.

Have had about 2 months. Was very busy and finally set up a couple weeks later. Hard to read screen from a few feet. The remote does not work very good. Sound bottom is almost non responsive. Wish I had done a little more research. Online directions are very vague. As far as I have been able to find apps can not be added. Wish I had purchased non smart version or another brand.

MyVizio "V series-65" is irreplaceable in my home!

Best product for entertainment I've purchased in many years my wife loves it the kids love it and in just under a month it's found its forever home mounted right up there on the wall in all her 65 inches of glory.. For all our friends and family that visit to always be blown away by the clarity of picture definition is one thing... But when i activate/power on my vizio wirelesss surround sound, "sound bar and sub woofer" the chatter really begins! While all of that is (in and of itself very awesome).. The most amazing part is that when asked the price total of my vizio home entertainment... The look of disbelief on their faces when I tell them I purchased all of it at just under 7 hundred bucks.. will never get old! To Vizio for keeping up such superior and affordable devices and equipment , My family and I, we thank you ! God Bless

Monitor replacement

Bought to use as a computer monitor for home office. It works well for my use: code and document editing. The lag is low enough for interactive use For the price, the picture is great. The display is just bright enough. I knocked a star of for a defect on the left edge.

Easy Set Up Good Tech Service

My son bought this for us cuz he couldn't stand that we didn't have a giant Smart TV. Was easy to set up with our fire stick and also use the smartcast. Now I'm doing a lot of screen mirroring and it all just works nicely. I even have it set up to my Alexa for easy turn on. Only had to call Tech Service once and they were very responsive and helpful.

The remote is the worst!!!

Picture quality is excellent! That being said, had we been able to handle the remote before purchasing, we would have looked at other brands instead. The remote is small, slippery to hang on to, tactical difficult to use for larger hands/fingers, and doesn't allow enough time between selecting features before defaulting back to home screen. All in all, the remote is difficult to use with one hand and difficult to use without actually looking at the remote. To add to the frustration....the tiny buttons and microscopic labeling on the remote makes looking at it in low light and/or without reading glasses difficult at best.

Awesome features!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and so far its so awesome! I love the controller how easy it is to access apps, especially Netflix. I LOVE the fact that i can change the from different inputs on the controller. I don't need to click the input button on the tv to change it to my PS4. Before buying this TV, I was debating whether it should be a smart TV or regular. I'm happy I went with the smart TV because it comes with free channels through Pluto TV! I'm just loving it so much. I have slow internet and the tv still works perfectly.
