We love it, and free programming is great too!

We recently had our Vizio TV suffer a breakdown and had such good luck with it, we wanted to replace it with another Vizio. The fact that Vizio has its own programming that is free once it is linked to WiFi is even better-great improvements in picture quality too, for less money than we spent 8 years ago:)

Expansive smart features. Easy to set up

I was pretty pleased with all the smart features. It was really easy to set up. I only had a slight problem getting the stand to sit just right to screw in. I ended up getting a vizio soundbar because the speakers leave something to be desired. I didn't really expect it to be mindblowing for the price point. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase so far.

Reasonably priced quality 4K TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was very straightforward and only took about 15mins including software updates over wifi. I couldn't find a single issue with the software used on this TV and found it easy to navigate all of the menu options. I'm still dialing in the preset picture options, (color, contrast, sharpness etc.), settings for 1080 viewing. I was able to stream both 4K and HDR10 over wifi with a sharp, clear color correct experience using a factory preset. I only used the on-board speakers for a couple of minutes before switching over to my stereo setup and found they were on par with other in set speakers. The passthrough audio worked perfectly over optical to my home theater setup. This set definitely works well with 4K and HDR videos and you'd be hard pressed to beat this quality for the price.

It's a good tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last year with my girlfriend. I like the smart tv features, it has all of my favorite streaming apps. The sound on this tv isn't great, with certain services I find myself turning the volume all the way up.

Unstoppable TV for the price! Very happy!

Delivered on time without visible damage to box or unit. The TV works very well and I haven't had one issue with performance. I do wish it had Google Play store, but it already comes loaded with a lot of the big named apps. So far I would give this TV a 10/10 for being exactly what I expected by the stats of the unit. Great Job.

Okay but...

Would appreciate a larger remote Why is it that tv companies make a remote that is so small that when I want to press one button my finger presses two! Why cannot a tv company make a simple remote for an older person and children and have a separate remote that has all the controls on a different one! Am I the only person that thinks this way! The tv has already been sold that's the hard part now I gotta find a universal remote that may be compatible with that one I just purchased and pay this guy money for another remote! How much does a plastic remote really cost to make and include with the purchase! Grrrrrr!

Big screen with a fair price!

I bought the Vizio 70” a few weeks ago. If your not used to a high resolution TV this model will do the job. What I was excited about was the smart features. I can turn my TV on or off along with other options using my Voice, no more searching for the remote! I can also change TV source adjust volume and other voice commands. Having all the major streaming services with the push of a button on remote or sent from my phone. The best feature for me wS the VIZIO channels that are included for free! I believe 100+ great for someone like me who doesn't like paying a heft cable bill especially when they are offered free through VIZIO.

Picture is not what I expected

The picture seems to lack the quality that my older magnavox had which kind of shocks me. When it goes to a close up on things itnis clear but the background images are very grainy. When I'm watching football and they zoom back and show all the players their helmets and hands are actually blurry. I have played around with the settings and nothing seems to help.

Very Nice

The TV seems to be very good with only a few minor issues. The picture is extremely good and the Android interface works very well. Using the Vizio remote i can now work my FireTV stick and Google TV streamer as well - no need to change remotes! (doesn't work on Roku). The sound is very good and the option to turn off the internal speakers is a nice touch. The apps have a good selection but are limited. There are several that I have to use my other streaming devices for. One thing I don't like is the inability to change the aspect ratio on most of the viewing options. I believe the only one I can is the OTA channels via the antenna. The only problem I've really had is the antenna input. At first it appeared to be defective because it would not keep the signal - walking across the room would start or stop it. I have it working now so it may just have been my connection. Overall, I'm very pleased with TV!!

Not living up to expectations

I have owned several Vizio televisions over the years however most recently I have had to return two televisions the first only two days after purchase and the second within 45 days of purchase. The first television would not come on and the second had issues with the sound coming on upon initial start up. I used to believe Vizio was a solid brand but not so much now.
