This is our 2nd Vizio TV. First one had the speakers on the bottom facing out so there was wonderful sound quality. The new thin and light weight profile and minimal room it requires makes a sound bar a must to have in a living room sized room. Went with the Vizio sound bar and made this the ideal TV for our living room. Going from the 42"1080 HD to the 4K 50" was impressive. Satisfied customer and hope we have as many trouble free years as we have had with our 42 inch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV, the size is perfect. It does have some flaws though. At random the volume won't work at all. We end up having to shut it off and unplug it in order for it to work. The smartcast disconnects constantly and won't load. To me none of these are major issues just set backs when using. It's still the main TV we use at home.

This TV is nice. Picture great. Added features are cool. Wish the sound was better, but not as bad as others. Connects via bluetooth and optical to ext sound sources, So I got it covered there. Got a bigger one a week later for the living room. Vizio is a quality tv.

I've had this tv for a few weeks and I enjoy it for the most part, but half of the subscriptions I pay for aren't available in the store like Philo. It's not a big deal and I know it's more than likely not Vizio's fault but that's my only complaint. The picture is amazing and the tv sounds great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my VIZIO tv for over two years now. Throughout these two years I have not had one single issue with it. I love it so much I decided to add a second tv for my bed room this past month. The audio and visual quality of these tvs is outstanding. They have a huge variety of different apps that make it easy for me to play exactly what I was looking for. Not only is the software of the tv above all others, so is the physical tv itself. Through two years my tv has withstood being hit by footballs and even stayed in tact when my husband accidentally dropped it from 5 feet in the air. Overall this tv is the best it gets and through my experience no other tv brand even comes close to comparing with my VIZIO one.

Really impressed by the level of resolution and quality of the customer service team. Had an update issue that all in all was resolved fairly timely. But the customer service was amazing during what could have been a major fail. Its Its also a good tv, goog pic on my 32" ...superb on my 60". Sound is great. Remotes are super cheap but interchangeable. Lots of apps i dont use but all the ones i need. Plus, there are quite a few new ones ive tried and enjoyed. Great value and quality.

Easy to assemble. Pretty good picture. Takes a bit of playing with settings to get the best picture. I would have given 5 stars if there were a way to personalize apps i.e remove unwanted factory installed apps and add apps other than the small handful offered by Visio.

I bought this Vizio not long ago. I was in the market for a smart tv and compared some of the top quality flagship lines from other manufacturers, and this specific model came out on the list of other smart tv's. As I went down the list of features, this tv had more to offer than the other tv's in the market. The ability to adapt to smart phone mirroring is not a feature that is new in the industry. Yet the flawless, and effortless connection compared to other models, this Vizio by far is the easiest to navigate and utilize. The ease of use from the home menu with endless options to view from and enjoy are second to none! The ability to view free tv goes without mentioning the use of cable/satellite to view some channels, shows, etc., are tremendous. The service of which is free from Vizio provides a selection of channels without the use of services that cost a small fortune to some. The quality that is provided for this specific tv is by far the best purchase available for whoever is in the market for a low budget, yet grand quality, this will be a decision that you will never regret. Yes, I understand that they're many other products out there that may have more functions and better quality! Again, for this model and it's class, I figure this product to be, by far, the best choice! To compare other tv's in other classes above this model, still gets a comparison just in budget. You can't go wrong with this Vizio, regardless of what other option Vizio may have to offer. Please take into consideration that Vizio has come a long way from when they fist started to where they are now. They have listened to the consumer and provided tremendous quality for a value that is just mind-boggling. Just know that you are to purchase a great quality with this tv or any for that matter from modern-day Vizio!

Largely I enjoy the Smart TV functionality and being able to control the TV from my phone. I have a fairly large iTunes library and the Airplay functionality built in allows me to control the stream directly from my phone. Along with the built in Chromecast functionality it allows me to stream from services such as YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc... and control that stream directly from my phone as well. So besides setting up the WiFi connection which was fairly simple I haven't actually had to log the TV itself into any of the Apps that I utilize for watching movies and tv, it is all just functioning from my phone. For the price point the picture quality is excellent. Control for customizing picture color/levels, audio EQ and sync for external sound systems is nice. And from what I've seen the app integration if you are interested in actually using the remote is fairly comprehensive.

I upgraded my vizio 32 HD to 40 inch Smart TV. I using it in my bedroom and it just right not too large not too small. Pictures are awesome! I can change the picture setting when I watch any movies or tv on any channel apps. Volume is great too. The remote is large but buttons are small I accidentally press the wrong channels but no biggie just press the "home" button and back to normal. I wish it would light up but all remotes that I own don't have these features unless you under cable provider. I love the smart cast feature and easy to access other HDMI change their names DVD, etc. I really love that its Smart and 2160p & 4K.
