A Few Big Problems

Bought this tv about 6 months ago and ever since I go got it I have had trouble with it! Most of the time I turn on my tv it is just a blank grey screen. No applications pop up and I am not able to watch tv. Another problem I have with this tv is that sometimes the remote does not work. I press a button and there is no response.

Overall a great tv!

I bought this tv about a month ago and I've only had one problem. The second week of having it, it must've glitched and so nothing would work on the tv. I had to completely reset the tv and log back into everything which was a pain, but now the tv is working fine. Overall a great tv for a great price!

Nice picture

I bought this smart TV so I could watch Spectrum but it doesn't have the Spectrum App nor can you download it. You can cast it from your phone though which works well enough. This TV was recommended by Spectrum so it wasn't Vizio's issue. Overall a very nice TV for a good price. Easy set up and clear picture ad lots of features available.

Good TV

I've had several Vizio TVs in the past. This is good TV with the exception of the fact that the HDMI 1 port that normally has our TV provider plugged in, as also the AVR which is where the sound at has to be plugged into. So had to move provider hdmi to #2. Problem with that is when turn the TV on it always defaults to HDMI 1 so to watch TV I had to change input to HDMI2. Frustrating, wish the AVR was either hdmi2 or 3 so both would work automatically.

Great picture

I actually bought this television a while ago. I just took it out of the box and set it up, the picture is great, a little difficult to maneuvers though the different function, and I wish the bottom HDMI port on the back of the t.v. had more space under it. I can't use that port for my fire stick, not enough clearance space for the fire stick power source. I also wish the t.v had more than one USB port. All in all I do like the t.v.

good color and sharpness

This is my 3rd Vizio TV in 2 months. The first 2 hasd to be returned --needed some repairs-no problem money was returned. The 3rd 40 in V405-G9 is actually very good (color and sharpness. But the 150 free movie app has issues--Comes on for a few seconds and quits--All 3 tv s were like that. Its been reported but nothing was done. The Vizio light that is always on (orange) burnt out --did turn white when program running

Visio is the only way to go for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vizio's pictures are crisper, more vibrant, with deeper blacks than the more expensive LG model I own. That was the last time I go with anything other than Vizio. This 65” is plenty loud, has a great Home Screen OS, AND I can use my phone as a remote now!

Lots of issues

I was really excited to buy this tv but when I received it I was very disappointed. After mounting it on the wall and setting it all up, I turned it on and I noticed there were spots on tv. It looks like the screen is “folded” in areas. The spots are large and brighter than the rest of the tv, it really sticks out. The tv also glitches often, it will freeze or just go black and you have to unplug it. Sometimes I'm not able to go back to the home screen at all for some reason so I have to unplug it. Those issues arises after the allotted time I had to return it to the store or else I would've. I wish this tv didn't have so many problems.

Still learning

Have only owned it for 2 weeks. Tech dept(kids) still training me. Enjoy smart features and wifi hookup. Relly enjoy hdmi ports. Added sound bar, only concern is whenever want to change volume sound bar turns on automatically. Sometimes sound bar doesn't add to the program being watched. It can give an echo sound as in a cave like. Rest of tv is awesome.

Easy to use!

If you have a bunch of devices hooked up to your TV (Apple TV, Fire Stick, etc.) you won't need any of that anymore! This TV does it all! Bonus: Because it's already thin and a good size, I'm saving even more space without needing additional devices!
