Ok TV

As soon as I started this TV up it had connection problems with casting. I had to constantly soft power cycle the TV to get it to work. Works for the most part now but out of nowhere it stops working. With Apple airplay it just plain doesn't work. Saw other reviews with the same problems or worse. Honestly I'd just save up for a better brand TV like samsung.

Perfect Setup

I have had it as your TV for 15 years my friend just bought a Panasonic and Visio blows it out of the water. The Vizio Remote is perfectly laid out with all buttons you need accessible. Many other smart remotes have eliminated the keypad for numbers and the remote is awkward. Now with all of the built-in casting apps, No other smart TV can hold a candle to the Visio in my opinion. This is my second one and I will buy nothing but Visio from now on. Long lasting, exceptional quality, great value. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Excellent tv with minor issues (so far)

I bought this tv less than a year ago after I saw my brother with a Vizio with chrome cast built in. I had to have it and bought one as soon as I got back to Jersey. Didn't use it much at first. Fast forward 6months and it gets used daily. Then all the sudden it won't turn on and stay on. It kept rebooting itself over and over. Odd thing was, it would show a picture if I held the power button on the remote down. Did some searching and found this to be relatively common. Took the steps many people said with releasing the residual energy inside and nothing worked. Last attempt was to unplug for 24 hours and let sit. Plugged it back in the next day and thankfully it started working normal again. Haven't had any more issues since that happened about a month ago. I also bought a 65” before that happened so I'm hoping I don't have the same issue there. Overall they are excellent smart tvs with a lot of functionality. I was happy when AirPlay was added but unfortunately it only works on my 65” even tho there is a menu for it on my 50”. Quality to price Vizio is an excellent tv brand. Just hope I don't have any more issues

Great TV at a Great price

I purchased this rv based on the fact I have a 32 inch vizio smart tv in my son's room. With expectations high already this tv more then exceeded them. Picture is excellent, SmartCast is awesome, and Easy to set up. What more can you want out of a tv

Couldn't download any other apps

The picture was good. The only problem I had with the tv is that what apps were pre-loaded on the TV that was it. I could not download any other apps to it. What smart tv doesn't offer Sling?! I returned it because I couldn't customize the apps I actually use.

This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.

Lacking essential apps

Purchased and actually considered returning due to the fact that there are no native HBO or ESPN apps. The fact that it has a great picture for the price is the only thing that kept me from returning. I understand that I can stream ESPN from my phone to the TV, but using another device to achieve the functions that are standard across the board on most every other smart tv defeats the purpose. Will be my last vizio tv purchase unless the apps/support are added.

TV So Smart Makes me feel Smart

This is our second Vizio.Smart TV. Living Room and Bed Room. Picked up the remote and just had fun checking out all the options and features it has. Never felt Confused or frustrated like I normally do with Electronics. I can't say enough about the Simplicity of how to get around and how to connect other devices to this TV.

Best value for your buck …

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want something to stream 4K movies & watch tv shows / anime, this is the tv for you. I mean the only hiccup I've experienced is random bars in the middle of the screen, but that was only because of the recent power outages in my city. Was able to reboot it after not touching it for a couple of days. I only trust VIZIO tvs for my entertainment experiences ! lol

The TV features are great. Do not care for the remote control at all. Buttons are too small and the closed captioning button too close to the button to change the channel. Difficult to use. Have to be careful not to drop it on the bed otherwise it can turn off the TV or change the channel.

Impressive Value for a Smart TV
