Got this to replace a larger, not so good unit, which would not dispense more than 10oz of water no matter what size you chose. This unit dispenses what it says and brews cold coffee too. Much smaller and a nice addition to my kitchen

This was advertised as an iced tea or iced coffee maker, when it doesn’t do anything different than my normal Keurig and it doesn’t do anything special for iced beverages. It’s splatters a lot as well.

I was very happy when they stood behind there products when it stopped working in just under 6 months and they replaced it even though I didn't have the proper receipt.

We are very happy that we purchased this coffee machine. It works fantastic and even our visitors love it. The coffee tastes better and it does not occupy too much space in our kitchen.

The first one I bought stopped working within 7 months and we rarely use it. The whole thing wouldn’t come back on, no lights or anything. They used our warranty to get us a brand new one and so far it is working great. I hope it stays that way.

Tried this model and had it 2 warranty replacements and still same issues. Not brewing proper ounces and spews coffee all over the maker & counter because it doesn't accommodate all mug styles.

We bought this unit and it leaked and did not work properly. Contacted Keurig and they replaced it. Received it and it is working perfectly! Thank you for backing your product.

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks and I’ve used it every single day! It’s so slim so it fits nice and cozy on my counter and takes very minimal space. I love that I can make my iced coffee and the rest of my family can still brew their hot coffees.

I was disappointed in the iced feature. It comes out hot first to “maximize” flavor of the pod but it never changes over until last minute. The ice is what makes it cold and melts since it’s hot water coming out.

I brought this for a Road Trip, excellent was easy to travel with pack was easy for travel light- weight, .Big Smile, warranty Replaced it no probkems working find agent was professional and kind.
