Some time during this pandemic year, Bounty quality (when I could find it on the shelves in NYC area) has gotten so poor that I won't buy it again until I can be assured it is back to normal. It makes no sense to pay premium prices for a product that is almost unrecognizable now. The texture is hard and harsh (not even close to the soft feel I am used to), it is thin, absorbency is much reduced. One clear indicator of a change in manufacture is that the embossing pattern is different than before, and the newer embossing also varies,. Also, some tubes are soft and easily squashed. And some rolls seem to leave a strange white residue on hands or fabric, particularly when the double layers separate. A month or or two ago I called the Bounty support number at P&G and the support person seemed to be totally unaware of the hundreds (certainly more like thousands) of complaints about recent Bounty quality decline out there online. If P&G does not care enough about their Q&A, brand quality, and reputation to keep up with comments and complaints out there, and take complaints seriously, they should be ashamed. Those that care enough to complain speak for many hundreds or thousands more that don't take the time to write or call. We want our old, dependable, comfortable, helpful Bounty back (*not* speaking about B Essentials). Btw, if these issues are related to pandemic or other manufacturing, supply, materials problems, we out here will understand that, but we want the issues acknowledged, explained, and a timeline for return to normalcy. Just don't tell us we don't know our own, real experiences with your product. We know the changes we see, feel, experience are real. Don't insult us by insisting nothing has changed. We know, see, feel that it has.

I've been a loyal Bounty user for over 20 years. Recently I noticed that they are less absorbent. They're thinner and rougher. They cost more but perform less. I used to spray 2 squirts of cleaner and use a half sheet to wipe the counter and the towel just got damp. Now, the towel gets soaked from the same 2 squirts of cleaner and it begins to shred apart if I continue to wipe another area, something I used to be able to do. Instead, now I have to use 2-3 times what I used to use in order to complete the same task. These paper towels are no longer of value to me, they're not worth buying again. I'm disappointed that Bounty would cheapen their product like this - AND! - charge more money for it. I will not be buying Bounty Paper Towels any more.

Tired of the rip off. You guys change your sizes so much, YOU can't even keep up with them on your site. I recently purchased rolls that claim to be 2-1/2 the size of regular (which seems to be an arbitrary number to begin with). I can only assume going by your vernacular it would be called a 2 PLUS size. Regardless, you've turned into a joke. Lifetime user . . . but, I'm over it. You're not that special. You'll regret robbing people when they all bail, and they will. People are fed up with being taken advantage of. You'd think with ALL THOSE TREES you plant, you could reduce the price, or are you paying your managers to go out and lovingly water them daily?

I absolutely LOVED the Forever Rolls ! With a household full of pets I finally found a great roll of paper towels that lasted more than a couple days for a good price and now they discontinued them ! I knew it was too good to be true !!!!! WHY DISCONTINUE THE BEST PRODUCT YOU'VE EVER MADE !?!? WHY??? PLEASE RETHINK THIS DECISION!! BRING BACK FOREVER ROLLS !

I can't live without Bounty. Seriously.... there are things in life I can give up but never Bounty. It works the best, it is reusable for small cleanups, it is durable for large cleanups. Dependable for all my cleanup needs, dishes, windows, floors, etc. And grandchildren.

I wrapped oour Christmas ornaments with Bounty Paper Towels over 5 years ago. When I re-wrapped some ornaments, the 2022 and 2023 Bounty Paper towels were so much rougher and less thick. No cushion like the older ones. The quality obviously got worse, less product materials and much cheaper results.

We use (might become 'used') a lot of paper towels and have always purchased Bounty for many reasons. We have noticed a poorer quality of paper (feel and thickness) lately but so far this has been more of a textural issue rather than an absorbency issue; however, the absorbency has been an issue at times. We have found that we can no longer cleanly rip off one sheet. The roll just spins or it rips at the 2nd or 3rd sheet. No, we have not changed our towel rack nor how we handle the rolls. We also find that the end piece is glued down so tight that when trying to start the role it always tears the top row and the next layer of paper as well. Some of the sheets splitting mid sheet rather than at the perforated spot.

To preface, Bounty is my paper towel of choice. Hands down one of the best, most absorbent products on the market. The problem I'm having is understanding the size differences and accessibility to larger rolls. For comparison on your site, you list roll sizes: Regular, Double, Triple, Triple Plus, and Mega However I've seen additional rolls in-store and online (including your drop down menu after clicking "Buy Now") such as: Huge, Family, Double Plus, "Enourmous", Advanced Plus? What are the actual differences? I find myself aimlessly purchasing randomized sizes based on what's available in my local grocery store vs having an actual understanding of what it is I'm purchasing. I wouldn't have thought I needed an algebraic formula to figure this out. I'd appreciate a little more transparency regarding your product sizes, but appreciate the consistency of the product itself. I have been using Bounty paper towels for as long as I can remember. I am about 6 rolls into a club pack of the "improved" Trap & Lock towels. They are not good. They are thinner and course. They don't feel as absorbent. They don't tear as nicely as the legacy "Quicker Picker Upper" towels. This is the first time I am considering trying a new brand. Even through the pandemic, I scoured for Bounty. Please bring back my favorite paper towels!
