Positives: Providing a second battery is great because I can continue cleaning without having to stop and recharge battery. The design of the floor head allows me to clean under my cabinets. The easy way the attachments connect to the motor. I like the way pieces click together. Easy to install the bracket that attaches to the wall for storage and organization. The stickers on the unit helped me understand how to use the product.

I’m really impressed by the quality of the ePro Select Cordless Stick Vacuum. It is lightweight, sleek and super effective in getting the job done! I got this vacuum in the blue color and it’s very such a nice look! I’m really enjoying how lightweight and easy to use the vacuum is, it gets into hard to reach areas, has a longer battery life than other similiar models that I’ve tried and just overall a great product! Many times I’ve encountered having issues with the suction and hair getting trapped in the head, but with the ePro I had no such issues! I’m pleasantly surprised at how well this vacuum works and is the perfect fit for my cleaning routine!

Many people gave this vacuum good reviews and I agree. The many additional attachments make this vacuum exceptional. I admit I feel the need to be very careful as it is lightweight. For my needs, a small rug and stairs, it’s great!. However, I can’t say it’s degree of suction is equivalent to that of a Dyson. It definitely gets the job done. I use it for the car and small spot jobs. This company put much thought in the design of this product and it is appreciated ! The lights on the floor vacuum attachment is a nice touch. Power cartridges do charge quickly. I feel lucky I bought this during a promotional event.

This is by far the worst cordless vac I have ever purchased. it is supposed to come with (2) 50 min batteries. I have a 1200 sq ft house I have to charge the batteries 2 times to vacuum it. The suction is very weak unless it's on turbo and on turbo it lasts barely 6 minutes. Not even close to 50 minutes. Buy a Tineco they are far superior. I have tried this for almost 2 months and it is being boxed up and returned today. Save your money especially if you have any animals the hair will never get picked up.

Only reason I am giving it 2 starts is because it comes with a nice amount of attachments. But using it is frustrating. It comes with two batteries because they don't last long. I will put on a freshly charged battery and 15 seconds later I am already at 95%. If I use it on the highest setting to get a good suction the battery does not stop dropping in percentage. The vacuum is really convenient to have but the battery needs work. The suction in the medium setting could also be a bit stronger.

I was disappointed with the suction power with this vacuum. It barely sucks anything up even with a 100% charge. The charge doesn’t last long either even though it takes over a day to fully charge a battery. The fact that it is cordless is nice to vacuum the stairs or my car is a nice feature though. A lighter but bigger dirt canister would be appreciated. All of the attachments are a nice bonus though.

Dandy vacuum for the price, Seems to be very well-made and runs beautifully. Lots of nice attachments and the suction is very good on the high function. Having two batteries is fabulous, it gets you through pretty much the whole house. Dog hair balls get sucked right up and the dirt canister is very easy to operate.

I have two cats, three dogs and three young kids. I need a powerful vacuum that lasts a long time. This vacuum allows you to switch between 3 different modes on an LED on top as you are vacuuming. For me, I needed the maximum to pick up all the animal hair. It was also nice that there is a light at the front of the vacuum and two batteries so you always have a back up if you have a big area. Lots of accessories. I was impressed. The suction doesn’t compare to some of the $800 vacuums on the market but it still does a great job.

Product worked well for 4 months then the wheel broke, reached out to customer service numerous times before response. Both email and calling. Once they called back I was able to provide proof of purchase the work through the exact part I needed. They said they would send for free. This was 3 months ago, I reach back out and always an excuse, free replacement but need to provide fedex account number, now they are on strike! Seriously, three months for a simple set of plastic wheels and I offered to pay if I can get them faster! I hate to post negative on any company as I understand issues happen but this is well beyond what should be acceptable. Steer clear if you want support!

This vacuum sucks in all the wrong ways. The battery drains ridiculously fast (there's a reason they give you two batteries. You will need them!) and it's really only decent on uncarpeted surfaces. It doesn't hold suction, gets clogged around the filter far too often, and smells hot when I run it. I'm worried it will catch on fire. If I had to do it over again, I'd opt for a Shark or something more reliable. Never again.
