[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the length of these pads. Part way through the day, the top layer of the pad started tearing. I also started getting a rash on my back side from the friction in walking all day. I like the thinness and they absorb well.

They aren’t thick but they have wings and are long enough to keep from worrying about leaks throughout the time you wear them. I love that the packaging has a flow chart to help you decide the right size. It’s really helpful for teaching my daughter what to look for since she is just learning.

You never do know when it is that time of the month. I am glad to use the Always Ultra Thin pads with Wings, that way it is in place when moving around. I don't need it to be up and down along the paths and moving with me if I am climbing a cliff or anything like that. Unscented helps a ton as well, I will also let my daughter know about them when it is her turn in a few more years too!

The product has become completely horrible. The top layer is cheap, scratchy and doesn't absorb anything. The pad is stiff, a new scent had been added, which is terrible and overall it causes a rash. No, it's not personal sensitivities or opinions. The quality of the products has hit the bottom and it clearly doesn't work. Just bring the old quality back. I don't get it. Did they think people wouldn't notice?

The thickness was thin for amount of absorption. So that was great. The sticky size also stuck well to the underpants and stayed in place.

I suffer from Interstitial cystitis, and I have problems with bladder leakage. These Always Ultra Thin pads with wings, keeps me dry all day long.
