[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These jalapeño Mac and cheese cups are an easy option for a quick lunch for at home or anywhere with a microwave (work, dorm life, etc.). They’re easy to prepare (just add water, stir, microwave, add cheese, and stir again), and they say the starch in with the noodles helps to prevent the water overflowing. However, mine still boiled over and left a gummy starchy mess behind and on the bottom of the cup. I followed the preparation directions, but you may want to monitor it, especially if you’re using a shared microwave. Other than that issue, I was happy with it! The jalapeño packs a punch without being too hot or dominating the classic Mac and cheese flavor, and it’s satisfying for a quick lunch! I received these Kraft Mac & Cheese Jalapeño Mac and Cheese 4 ct. Cups complimentary from Kraft and Influenster in exchange for me honest review.

The jalapeno adds a tiny bit of spice which amps up the flavor, but isn't strong enough to alienate kids. I enjoyed this variety of mac and cheese, but wished it had just a bit of a stronger flavor. Overall, this is tasty and a great option when you want a hint of spice in your mac and cheese!

We did not feel that it was flavorful it just had the burning after taste of Jalapeno or hot sauce going down the throat when swallowing. I found that if you mixed it with another flavor such as Ranch Kraft Mac & Cheese it gave a better combination then alone. All four of my family members did not appreciate it alone. I would not personally recommend nor would I purchase it again.
