But…I can’t even tell that it’s Mac & Cheese because the jalapeño flavor is so strong. If it tasted cheesier it would be a home run. Would I eat it again…not if I’m craving Mac & Cheese…but if I’m craving jalapeño then absolutely!

The jalapeño added a nice new twist on the ever so popular mac and cheese. I would definitely recommend you to try it for yourself. I am currently seeking to buy again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first saw that my beloved Kraft Mac & Cheese is available in Jalapeño flavor, I was thrilled. (It is my favorite potato chips flavor). The spice was definitely there, in full force. But the cheese flavor? Sadly, it got lost in the heat. Instead of that comforting, creamy mac and cheese taste, all I got was an intense jalapeño blast. The balance just wasn't right for me.

For people that can’t tolerate any spice, this may not be for them. It won’t leave you running for milk but there is definitely some spiciness and it win in my book.

It's got all the cheesy, creamy taste of the original stuff that I'm nostalgic for, but with a really yummy added kick. The Jalapeño level was just right for me. If you don't like spice at all, it's probably not for you - the Jalapeño flavor definitely shines, but it's not crazy hot. It's just enough to leave your mouth feeling warm for a bit after you finish your bowl. Consider it a nice, grown-up version of the Mac n cheese you know and love. If I'm looking for a quick, cheesy side, I'd grab this every single time.
