Won't dock. As it lowers itself onto the ramp, the wheels start not touching the floor and it won't dock itself. This is only with the mop attachment.

I bought during Black Friday promotion does make life simpler vacuum and Mop tile floor

I honestly wouldn't recommend this product. It's not worth the price at all. The vacuum feature is terrible. The mopping is ok but takes forever for the tank to fill. I wished I could return it and I plan on sticking with my Roomba.

My floor got flooded the tube that feeds the water to the robot tank cracked.

So much better than the previous model. I love that it refills itself. Start it up and let it go!

I bought it about 3 weeks ago now it don’t dock right don’t run the map correctly. Not very happy with it right now

Had a problem with detaching the mop pad the first day but is doing great now. Can't give 5 stars because of the initial problem.

Chummy does such a great job of mopping our floors and vacuuming our carpets. I could never believe one of these would do such great work.

I love it.. I program my robot for ever night.. and forget it when I wake up I have nice and clean floors
