We have enjoyed the benefits of the Robot vacuum and since we love it so much. We decided to upgrade to the vac and mop. It’s amazing, it does clean well. It goes well over floor variations. And once mapped it takes care of every groove and hard to reach places under the beds. It is pretty low maintenance. It let us know when we need to clean the brushes , empty canister, etc.

This has been the best vacuum and mop I have ever purchased! We use it daily and have a schedule set for while we are sleeping. It has helped manage keeping the floors clean with two dogs and a baby and we have kept our sanity! Our favorite feature has been spot cleaning when messes occur. Would purchase again!

Solid battery life, a functional app, and relatively quiet during operation makes this a good buy. You need to make sure that your floors aren't cluttered, though. That will take away from the effectiveness of the machine mapping out your home. Does what it says it will, and for that, I'm content

I have been using this for a couple months. It does a good job of mapping and going where it is supposed to go. It did forget its map once (maybe after an update) but it made a better map the second time. I have to remove it from the dock regularly to clean all off the sensors, in my opinion it is not a low maintenance machine. I do this usually more than once a week if I don't it will come out of it's dock spin around and return to the dock. Dog fur often gets stuck where dirt enters the bin, the vacuum does not recognize this as a result it will continue on its path leaving clumps of fur and dirt around the house. It works better if I send it to clean 1 room each outing. From my experience I would not recommend this vacuum to a home with pets, at least not ones that shed. The mopping feature does work. It needs to be sent to one area at a time, it will return to the base for water however by the time it recognizes that it needs water the pad is already dry and has stopped cleaning. Same as with vacuuming I just send it to mop one area at a time. We have laminate and tile so I don't know how it works on carpet. Overall it is ok for light cleaning. If your floors actually get dirty it is not effective and easier to take care of it yourself.

Purchased this 4 months ago to replace another brand robot vacuum, which I might add was terrific. Unfortunately, I couldn't replace the parts anymore, so it was time to upgrade. I love that I can vacuum and mop and set up which days to do this job and set the time. Unfortunately, this one does not have the suction that it should. I have a German Shepherd and some kitties, so there's lots of fur. It does leave some fur behind, and my girl likes to drop her kibble on the floor, and this does not pick it up. Also, it does not get close under cabinets such as the kitchen. Otherwise, it vacuums fine and mops great. I do a thorough clean once a week as it does get very dusty. I clean out filters, etc. The water that gets disposed of really does smell, so I add a tablespoon of vinegar to the disposed water.

This is my second shark power detect 2 in 1 in less than 6 mi this. I have had my replacement shark for 2 weeks and it is already having multiple issues. It will no longer mop, it throws multiple error codes back to back when it is not running, it will not pick up any dirt nor debris when vacuuming, and it only left a map of what it cleaned for 1 day. I unfortunately have learned that this product is absolutely worthless.

I purchased this and the base leaked and ruined my wood floors. Shark replaced it and it leaked and ruined my wood floors again. It forgets the map as well and only cleans a small area. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting and nothing works. It’s just junk.

I’ve owned various robot vacuums and mops over the years. This is, by far, the worst. My floors actually look worse after running it, because it spits out little piles of debris every time the back end lifts up and sets back down (I think this is the “never stuck” feature. I don’t even know. It’s not stuck on anything. The back end randomly pops up and down, leaving piles of dirt and dog hair everywhere). The floors also look dull after mopping. My previous robot mop (different brand) left the floors very shiny. I think this is more related to the cleaning fluid you have to buy tho.

I return it after a few days. I found it to be to complicated to use. The mapping is a pain. Sorry I have used a robot vacuum for years no problem. The app is useless. Sorry I was so excited to buy it, but so disappointed I had to return it.

My Shark vac/mop is not good. It completely disregards the map and doesn’t do all the floors. It fits under my cabinets yet maps around them. It does not pick up small pieces of kibble near my puppies dish. Very dissatisfied. I have remapped three times with the same problems. I will be returning this product.
