Solid battery life, a functional app, and relatively quiet during operation makes this a good buy. You need to make sure that your floors aren't cluttered, though. Bought about a month ago and this thing is so horrible for how much we paid! It gets lost, circles the house endlessly trying to return to its dock, everything clogs it, disrupts its sensors, or clogs up its wheels. It vacuums the carpet on max power and nothing gets picked up at all. This thing was such a waste of money and huge disappointment.

Several purchases over the last 2 years have had some issues. These were handled very well by just calling the number for help. Some of the "helpers" had heavy accents that were difficult to understand but all were kind and patient. All helped solve the issue at the time. Recently the company sent me a complete new Shark never touch, Power detect 2 in 1 with which I'm delighted. I've never had better service from any company. Shark is awesome!

Bought this about 2 months ago. I must say, this was absolutely, undoubtably one of the BEST purchases I've ever made in my life! This robot is AMAZING! I recently bought a new condo. All carpet on the second level. Kind of a mix of light/dark grey carpet. My dog is about 18 pounds but she sheds like a husky. Little did I know, her fur was EVERYWHERE. I hate vacuuming too. I got this robot on Black Friday at 50% off. I set it up and WHAM....this little robot is a BEAST! After my first use, I emptied the bin and a sweater of fur came out. I was amazed. I vacuum the carpets now maybe 2-3 times a week and still get small bundles of hair in the bin. My carpets always look awesome with the lines and designs the robots leaves. I loves this robot. It's almost like my little toy. Just get my Iphone out, open the app...and vacuum my carpets with ZERO effort. LOVE THIS ROBOT!!!!

I ordered this vacuum because the name says "Shark PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop," but this is not the "Pro" model. I returned it immediately to the store for a refund. It is priced as a Pro Base model, but it is the Basic Base model. I told management at the store, but they did not seem to care about the incorrect name and pricing. Do not order this vacuum from Sam's.

I bought this a few weeks ago to take the dog hair from our toy Australian shepherd and our German shepherd. W.O.W. I love how it mapped our home and I program it to vacuum every day. It has helped my home be so much cleaner! It also mops the area where my German shepherd trails water all over the floor every day before I come home .The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the mop leaves a lot of streaks on the floor. But I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have it! On the weekend, I didn’t have to try and chase all the hair, I just mopped the floor after vacuuming behind the doors. Literally amazing! Plus, I just have to empty the base every few days and clean the filter. It’s literally made me very happy.

The app is horrible. It was shocking to see thatin the age of AI, a simple app would lack so many capabilities. You can't profram simple tasks like "vacuum and mop" this room now. If you want vacuum and mop it HAS to be the whole house. Also the appis extremely slow. The robot is so dumb, it went under a chair and said it was by a cliff hahaha. After that it never connected to my phone anymore. It was tge 3rd time I was using it. Wasted a lot of time troubleshooting andnothing worked. Ended up returning it. The navigation was also horrible. Very dumb.

My Shark vac/mop is not good. It completely disregards the map and doesn’t do all the floors. It fits under my cabinets yet maps around them. It does not pick up small pieces of kibble near my puppies dish. Very dissatisfied. I have remapped three times with the same problems. I will be returning this product.

I had my vac for a week and it’s done a great job. Easy set up and mapping. Control everything from my phone. The vacuum works very nice and I was happy with the mopping also because it doesn’t lay down to much water but just enough. I can’t schedule the whole house at once because the battery gets lows about halfway and it returns to the dock. It says it will resume when charged and it does but not where it left off but from the beginning again. This could be something I’m doing wrong. I have one room with a big area rug and it vacuumed it well but does seem to take a lot of battery to do it. So I m only going to do a few rooms a day. But it vacuums and mops very well. Only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is battery life.

It passed a while since I got this model of robot and now I can definitely write a good review about it. I have 4 dogs in the house and my baby shark is doing a very great job, I red to empty the bin at least once in a week because it is full of dogs hair and dirty that brings from outside my dogs. The pad I need to change everyday because it is very dirty and doesn’t help me just to dry it. If I could choose now a model for my house I would choose Pro model, so if you have animals in the house just take the best model. Now I need to choose a cordless vacuum that is the best and very maneuverable, so please recommend me one. Thank you Shark for making my life easier!!!
