I bought this a few weeks ago to take the dog hair from our toy Australian shepherd and our German shepherd. W.O.W. I love how it mapped our home and I program it to vacuum every day. It has helped my home be so much cleaner! It also mops the area where my German shepherd trails water all over the floor every day before I come home .The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the mop leaves a lot of streaks on the floor. But I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have it! On the weekend, I didn’t have to try and chase all the hair, I just mopped the floor after vacuuming behind the doors. Literally amazing! Plus, I just have to empty the base every few days and clean the filter. It’s literally made me very happy.

I ordered this vacuum because the name says "Shark PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop," but this is not the "Pro" model. I returned it immediately to the store for a refund. It is priced as a Pro Base model, but it is the Basic Base model. I told management at the store, but they did not seem to care about the incorrect name and pricing. Do not order this vacuum from Sam's.

I’ve had this for 2 weeks now and I would say it’s made cleaning my house a lot easier. I have 2 dogs that shed a lot and I work full time so I have it set to vacuum & mop Mondays and Fridays with just a vacuum on Wednesdays. I’d say it does a pretty good job vacuuming up the dog hair, it does leave behind some clumps of hair here and there but I’ve found this is usually around my area rug so it’s probably just not getting it all. That being said I’d give the suction an 8/10. It mops similar to a swiffer or a steam mop (without steam) so probably don’t eliminate mopping all together. Assembly was pretty easy and emptying the dust canister is easy as well. It’s just about as noisy as any other cordless vacuum so no big deal. It’s mapping doesn’t seem 100% helpful as I do see it bump into walls still but still really not that bad. I bought this on sale when it was about half the price and I’d say it’s definitely worth that but I wouldn’t pay full price.

I bought this on March so far Shark has sent 3 different units because this thing wont dock 3 units and the 3 of them have the same issue, while it has the mop pad and a full water tank IT WONT DOCK ON IT'S OWN, we have move them from place to place thinking it may be the floor, the light or whatever but no IT IS THE DESIGN DON'T BUY IT We have another model that we need to exchange the water tank and the vacuum head and that one works amazing

I had my vac for a week and it’s done a great job. Easy set up and mapping. Control everything from my phone. The vacuum works very nice and I was happy with the mopping also because it doesn’t lay down to much water but just enough. I can’t schedule the whole house at once because the battery gets lows about halfway and it returns to the dock. It says it will resume when charged and it does but not where it left off but from the beginning again. This could be something I’m doing wrong. I have one room with a big area rug and it vacuumed it well but does seem to take a lot of battery to do it. So I m only going to do a few rooms a day. But it vacuums and mops very well. Only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is battery life.

The app is horrible. It was shocking to see thatin the age of AI, a simple app would lack so many capabilities. You can't profram simple tasks like "vacuum and mop" this room now. If you want vacuum and mop it HAS to be the whole house. Also the appis extremely slow. The robot is so dumb, it went under a chair and said it was by a cliff hahaha. After that it never connected to my phone anymore. It was tge 3rd time I was using it. Wasted a lot of time troubleshooting andnothing worked. Ended up returning it. The navigation was also horrible. Very dumb.

My Shark vac/mop is not good. It completely disregards the map and doesn’t do all the floors. It fits under my cabinets yet maps around them. It does not pick up small pieces of kibble near my puppies dish. Very dissatisfied. I have remapped three times with the same problems. I will be returning this product.

Several purchases over the last 2 years have had some issues. These were handled very well by just calling the number for help. Some of the "helpers" had heavy accents that were difficult to understand but all were kind and patient. All helped solve the issue at the time. Recently the company sent me a complete new Shark never touch, Power detect 2 in 1 with which I'm delighted. I've never had better service from any company. Shark is awesome!

This is a replacement for the same model purchased less than six months ago. The water dispenser portion of the mop function stopped working within two months of use and the replacement part has been out of stock forever. Thankfully they sent a new unit but I don't have confidence the design issue is resolved so this will likely fail again. I chose this because I didn't have to change the tank to be able to mop like I did with the last shark vacuum I had, but this has proven to be a disappointment overall.

Bought about a month ago and this thing is so horrible for how much we paid! It gets lost, circles the house endlessly trying to return to its dock, everything clogs it, disrupts its sensors, or clogs up its wheels. It vacuums the carpet on max power and nothing gets picked up at all. This thing was such a waste of money and huge disappointment.
