I’ve had this for 2 weeks now and I would say it’s made cleaning my house a lot easier. I have 2 dogs that shed a lot and I work full time so I have it set to vacuum & mop Mondays and Fridays with just a vacuum on Wednesdays. I’d say it does a pretty good job vacuuming up the dog hair, it does leave behind some clumps of hair here and there but I’ve found this is usually around my area rug so it’s probably just not getting it all. That being said I’d give the suction an 8/10. It mops similar to a swiffer or a steam mop (without steam) so probably don’t eliminate mopping all together. Assembly was pretty easy and emptying the dust canister is easy as well. It’s just about as noisy as any other cordless vacuum so no big deal. It’s mapping doesn’t seem 100% helpful as I do see it bump into walls still but still really not that bad. I bought this on sale when it was about half the price and I’d say it’s definitely worth that but I wouldn’t pay full price.

I bought this on March so far Shark has sent 3 different units because this thing wont dock 3 units and the 3 of them have the same issue, while it has the mop pad and a full water tank IT WONT DOCK ON IT'S OWN, we have move them from place to place thinking it may be the floor, the light or whatever but no IT IS THE DESIGN DON'T BUY IT We have another model that we need to exchange the water tank and the vacuum head and that one works amazing

I got this robot because my previous two from the same brand fell apart within 2–3 months, and the company offered me a free upgrade. Unfortunately, it has turned into another nightmare. The robot worked well at first, but then the water tank on the base failed—only one month in. The base tank suddenly started leaking everywhere even though no one touched or moved it. The water can't even flow into the robot's tank properly anymore. I honestly don't understand how a base water tank can fall apart while the robot is just sitting there. After multiple failures, I've completely lost faith in Shark and Ninja products. Think and read the comments carefully before you buy !

The app crashes every time I try to view the cleaning report. I have been told by the support bot to check the history in the app but that is not an option anywhere. Water puddles under the vacuum and now my hardwoods are warped. It is impossible to get on the phone with someone who can help. I finally got a human yesterday and she had me refill the tank and start the robot. No water leaked in that moment so she considered the problem solved. She never addressed the cleaning reports in the app.

I BOUGHT THIS ABOUT 10 MONTHS AGO I LOVE IT MY ONLY BAD REVIEW IS IT WILL NOT GET BACK INTO THE DOCK YOU HAVE TO HELP IT GET BACK ON THE DOCK TO CHARGE IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU ARE AWAY AND HOPING TO COME BACK TO ALL THE FLOORS DONE AND TO FIND YOUR ROBOT JUST STUCK IN FRONT OF THE DOCK! I HAVE REACHED OUT AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THE ANSWER IS!

We have been using this robot vacuum for about 2 weeks now and so far we like it. A lot of reviews online seems mixed, but decided to give it a try because it was a good price point. Setup was pretty straight forward and easy. I would allow for a few hours setting up as it needs to map your home and then do a run to detect carpet and hard floors. No big deal. We bought this replace an older shark self emptying vacuum. It does a great job vacuuming. The mopping is ok. Dont expect to scrub off struck on dirt or food; but instead it'll get the dust and light debris. In the end, it will not replace a good old fashion heavy duty cleaning, but it will help maintain in between times. And that's what I expected so im satisfied with this product at this price point. A lot of reviews seem to focus on the app, but I had no issues with the app during set up ans control.

This is the second Shark Robot vacuum I've owned. My first one required empting after each run or two. This one is a "NeverTouch and it's nice not having to empty it each time it runs. I'm curious how it achieves this. I would think at some point the main retention bin would need to me emptied. I'm also impressed with the mapping of the house it did and the ability to adjust that map afterwards. Not sure about the mopping feature yet. Only ran the mopping feature twice but it seems to work okay. All in all I'm impressed so far.

I had gotten years ago,a robot vaccuum that I didn't like at all. I was thinking about getting one and decided to get this sharp robot vac this time and was pleasantly surprised that it was so smart and completely different experience. I love it,it keeps my hardwood clean.

I upgraded to a newer model and gave away my older model. Very disappointed at the lack of cleaning and picking up dog hair with this new one. It gathers it then drops random piles of hair and dirt around the house. I've only had it 2 months and had to remap 3 times because I thought it may be missing areas but it just doesn't pick up the dirt and hair. Very disappointed in a more expensive machine that isn't worth the money!
