Several purchases over the last 2 years have had some issues. These were handled very well by just calling the number for help. Some of the "helpers" had heavy accents that were difficult to understand but all were kind and patient. All helped solve the issue at the time. Recently the company sent me a complete new Shark never touch, Power detect 2 in 1 with which I'm delighted. I've never had better service from any company. Shark is awesome!

Bought about a month ago and this thing is so horrible for how much we paid! It gets lost, circles the house endlessly trying to return to its dock, everything clogs it, disrupts its sensors, or clogs up its wheels. It vacuums the carpet on max power and nothing gets picked up at all. This thing was such a waste of money and huge disappointment.

Junk do not recommend got mine used it for like 3 months and it’s saying error code 9/ dust cup error everything is clean and in good shape sensors are junk or something for a 600dollar vacuum ill stick to my corded ones thank you

I upgraded from the Shark IQ Robot vacuum. I'm so glad I did. Performance is top notch. Does exactly what it says. No regrets here. I named her Rosie ll.

I’ve had the shark vacuum for a couple of weeks, and I’m not disappointed with the product. It does a great job mopping and vacuuming the floor. Little pricey, but worth the cost

Life is so much easier with my new Sharkira 😩 I have two cats, and being able to schedule a time, everyday, to keep their place clean, is as good for us as for them. Also, so much easier to keep the house clean the whole week!!

I had a lesser model that needed a warranty repair and shark replaced it with this upgraded model. We love the added versatility and it does a great job

I have an average sized house but the battery seems to last fine to make it through the whole house. I love the use of the app so I can control it away from home, have it set to clean before I get home!! Definitely recommend!

I have had my Shark PowerDetect now for a month and loving the handsfree housework. Not sure how I lived without it. I am so amazed at the amount of dirt/dust that she picks up. I had just vacuumed with my cordless Shark before setting her up and she still picked up a good amount of dirt. The set up was so easy and using the app on my iPad I can track her when she is working hard on my floors. I was able to set up some no go zones and scheduled a regular cleaning every other day. I am also happy with the spot clean function. The entry ways to home get dirtier than the rest so if it needs a little extra on her off days, I just send her on her way to clean just that area. The mopping function is also easy to use, and I feel like it puts enough water out but not so much that it takes so long for the floors to dry. The other feature which allows you to pause her during a cleaning is great. Came on from grocery store and needed to unload a lot of groceries and she was doing her chores so I was able to pause her so we could get things in and put away. I would say doing the whole house clean she gets to about 90% of it on one charge then goes back to base and finishes up later. I also was surprised that it doesn't follow the same route each time which is nice so that the last room cleaned isn't always the same.
