I bought it about 3 weeks ago now it don’t dock right don’t run the map correctly. Not very happy with it right now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this might be the best invention so far. Our apartment is small but gets dusty quickly. However, we both work full time so this is the perfect product to help with the housekeeping. Best part? It vacuums AND mops! Once you get it set up it will scan your floor plan by doing a discover run and after that you get to decide exactly where it is allowed to go and where it must not. Super convenient. In terms of noise, it sounds similar to la regular vacuum but a bit less loud. So far the battery life is great as well. Everything your vacuum returns to its dock, it recharges fully for the next vacuum or mopping session. Water doesn’t have to be replaced either for 30 days as it does the filtering for you. Would 100% recommend this product and have purchased if I knew about it sooner.

I’ve had my fair share of robot vacuums, but nothing has ever impressed me like this one has. First off, the mop feature is what sells me 100%. It automatically lifts the mop when it detects my carpet! I don’t have to worry about my carpets getting soaked, and the way it transitions between vacuuming and mopping is unbelievably smooth. The real kicker, though, was watching it navigate through my dining chairs. I thought for sure it would struggle in those tight spaces, but it maneuvered like a pro! It got into all the tough spots and mopped perfectly around the legs of my chairs. And then there’s the NeverTouch Base. This has to be one of the most convenient features ever. I don’t even have to think about it—loading and unloading are completely automatic! I’ve programmed it to start cleaning when I leave the house, and coming home to spotless floors is such a fantastic feeling. As you can probably tell, I’m still amazed at how well it performs. I can’t recommend it enough!

This vaccum is very sleek and easy to set up. We have 2 dogs, and this eliminates the amount of time I have to spend sweeping. It maneuvers around furniture with ease and fits into areas I wouldn't think it would be able to go (like around the legs under my desk and kitchen table, for example). Great product and the app is easy to use as well.

As for someone that has 5 cats, I have cat fur all over the place and this bad boy picks it all up. I love how it also mops the place so I have clean floors. I don’t have to worry about messy floors. The noise level is minimum and the battery life 1-3 hours.
