My robot vacuum stopped working and Shark sent me a brand new one to replace it! It seems to be running perfectly! It vacuum s & mops I love I!

It’s amazing working great and clean well but the problem is sometimes it disconnects from app

My floor got flooded the tube that feeds the water to the robot tank cracked.

How have I not had this vac/mop in my life? I can’t believe how convenient, inconspicuous, and efficient this robot is.

Base leaks water. Has destroyed my flooring. Only ever used the recommended solution and water in the tank.

Received my shark and it works great I love the programming I love the app no issue so far I've been using it for the best few weeks

Yes absolutely the Best!!! So easy to use and never have to remember to fill up mop and empty every day!!!
