Base leaks water. Has destroyed my flooring. Only ever used the recommended solution and water in the tank.

My robot vacuum stopped working and Shark sent me a brand new one to replace it! It seems to be running perfectly! It vacuum s & mops I love I!

Garbage, does not wet mop after only 3 months. Always used distilled water. The robot will also randomly blink orange and go max speed into the wall.

The worse vaccum not cleaning all the spot and the mop do nothing just spride the dirt every where . Too expensive for nothing . I am not recomandef for any one .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vacuum works well, not a huge fan of electronic home items as I don’t trust them as they listen into people’s private conversations same with Alexa etc. but this vacuum does the job.

Bought it for my mother, to free up more of her time to care for my father. She reports that it is louder than her other Sharks, but it mops wonderfully.

Never returns to dock on its own. It finds the base and trys but just makes alot of noise the error. The base has started leaking. I've tried getting ahold of support with no luck.

I've had this for a few weeks and it doesn't do a good job. It never completes a mopping session and struggles to get back onto the dock after trying to mop

New brushes will not go on and the entire setup has too many additional pieces to keep up with an replace. They do not have any of the replacement parts easy to find
