Works fine but needs improvement in some key areas. Rooms and plans does not work for more than one level, as exploring keeps only 1 level info and erases when I want to do vacuum or mop in upper floor. This is lot of inconvenience. Without maps it is difficult as we have to be behind supervising. Does scratch area rugs to some extent as it tries to skip between vacuum and mop. Fast drain battery. Need to put charge twice for 2000sft home. It does not start where it left as everything gets dried by the time it comes back post 3+ hrs charge. Does not do on edges for mop, need to do it manually. App needs improvement. Shark support is good and doing their best though there will be lot of wait time especially if you want to go to tier2. There are lot more but overall it is ok.

I like that it connects to WiFi and learns your home to clean across surface areas. The app is user friendly as well. The battery life is great and can last a while before needing to be charged. This Shark robot vacuum was fairly simple to set up, with just a few easy steps. The base was also very easy to assemble and attach other parts to. The Shark Clean app that goes with this product made it quick and easy to pair the vacuum with my phone. However, I had a few issues after that, with the app being sluggish and unresponsive during actual cleaning. I kept getting an error for the fluid reservoir being empty as well, even though I filled the water tank during set up like I was supposed to. Because of that, I haven't been able to try the mop function yet, which is kind of disappointing. Fortunately, the dry vacuum function works great and left my floors looking the best they have in months. This vacuum does an amazing job of figuring out where obstacles are and avoiding them too. It truly seemed to be mapping out the layout of my house and remembering it. Additionally, I absolutely love that the robot vacuum requires so little and maintenance and input. You can just set the vacuum to start cleaning through the app or buttons on the vacuum itself and do other activities while it cleans. I think this will be a huge time/energy saver for my household, and I'm excited to continue using it.

I loved the first one I bought so much that I bought a second one to put upstairs. My only complaint is that the upstairs one has issues redocking after it has mopped the bathroom floor (I have the base in my bedroom which is carpet). I have not had the same issue with my downstairs vacuum but the base for that one is on a hardwood floor so I am guessing the issue is with the dock being on the carpet. Unfortunately, I don't have a space upstairs to put the dock where it would not be on carpet. :(

I do not recommend and am returning. I didn't even try the mopping feature since I was so dissatisfied with the vacuuming feature. It couldn't even do the basics, like finding the base, picking up debris in the middle of a room on laminate flooring and terrible on thin area rug. I tried everything possible to love this. I so wanted to.

I got this robot because my previous two from the same brand fell apart within 2–3 months, and the company offered me a free upgrade. Unfortunately, it has turned into another nightmare. The robot worked well at first, but then the water tank on the base failed—only one month in. The base tank suddenly started leaking everywhere even though no one touched or moved it. The water can't even flow into the robot's tank properly anymore. I honestly don't understand how a base water tank can fall apart while the robot is just sitting there. After multiple failures, I've completely lost faith in Shark and Ninja products. Think and read the comments carefully before you buy !

We have been using this robot vacuum for about 2 weeks now and so far we like it. A lot of reviews online seems mixed, but decided to give it a try because it was a good price point. Setup was pretty straight forward and easy. I would allow for a few hours setting up as it needs to map your home and then do a run to detect carpet and hard floors. No big deal. We bought this replace an older shark self emptying vacuum. It does a great job vacuuming. The mopping is ok. Dont expect to scrub off struck on dirt or food; but instead it'll get the dust and light debris. In the end, it will not replace a good old fashion heavy duty cleaning, but it will help maintain in between times. And that's what I expected so im satisfied with this product at this price point. A lot of reviews seem to focus on the app, but I had no issues with the app during set up ans control.

This is the second Shark Robot vacuum I've owned. My first one required empting after each run or two. This one is a "NeverTouch and it's nice not having to empty it each time it runs. I'm curious how it achieves this. I would think at some point the main retention bin would need to me emptied. I'm also impressed with the mapping of the house it did and the ability to adjust that map afterwards. Not sure about the mopping feature yet. Only ran the mopping feature twice but it seems to work okay. All in all I'm impressed so far.
