The quality of sound is phenomenal. Also try listening with 1 or 2 earplugs. The sound fills your head. The fit is comfortable and secure. The battery is long-lasting as long as the volume is at medium or so. I love mine. Try them, you won't regret the experience. And they multi pair. I can listen to my tablet and take a call from my phone.

I bought the headphones since the were promoted with "Premium Sound Quality" and compatibility with Mac. Unfortunately, there are two very disappointing showstoppers (in a nutshell version): - the headphone mutes automatically when connecting to the mac (mitigation described below) - the headphone mutes itself in the middle of calls spontaneously (mitigation described below) - the audio quality is really sub-standard when using the mic (Shokz know, but not interested/able to fix it) --- Long version: Muting when connecting to Mac: An "Aggregation Device" with the openrun pro >mic< needs to be created in the "Audio Midi Setup". This will mitigate the issue. Random Muting Issue: The Shokz support pointed me to a 3rd party chrome plugin which disables the "automatic gain control" in chrome. Unfortunately, not every application provides such an option, so the random muting continues when using these applications. Search for "Disable Automatic Gain Control" by Joey Watts in the Chrome Web Store. Audio Quality: After several rounds with the Shokz support I got now a mail saying that they are aware about the audio issues with MacBooks but not interested or able to fix it. If i'd like to use the headset it with a Mac and want to have better audio quality, I'd should go and buy another of their headphones - the OpenComm UC. This comes with an USB plug, which is not acceptable when buying a bluetooth headset. It's 2022, not 1990. A macbook air comes with 2 usb ports, and I'm not going to block one of them permanently to use a bluetooth headset. If you manually select the laptops built-in mic, the audio quality "magically" becomes good. So it's simply a bug they're declining to fix.

I love these headphones. They are perfect for those who want to still be able to hear their surroundings as well as music or podcasts. They work great for outdoor and indoor exercise and even conference calls. The only issue I have had is connecting between multiple devices throughout the day. Phone, Laptop, Tablet and TV. It takes way more time than I would like and seems like I am constantly frustrated while trying to toggle between devices. These are new to me so there could be user error involved. Other than that, these headphones are awesome!

I love the mini style they are so much more comfortable than the regular. The battery life and fast charge are great. So far the sound quality is great. Music sounds great. However, I miss being able to quickly dial the last call from my head phones. I would love to have the option of rewinding and fast forwarding 30 sec because I listen audiobooks and podcasts and not a lot of music. I also have trouble with a loud beep when I am using the phone it’s quite obnoxious All and all this is my second pair of headphones from this company and I would by again

I only give this three stars because although it has its practical use of being able to listen through the headphones while also being able to hear what's going on around you. However, you cannot turn the volume up past a certain medium/low level because any louder causes an annoying vibration against the contact area next to your ear. Listening to talking such as a podcast or your navigation is great, but you cannot enjoy music. I would recommend sticking to in ear buds if that is why you want earphones.

With top of the line quality these have quickly become my favorite headphones. Built well and from good quality materials. Long battery life and clear audio makes these perfect for my long runs. Also love that no one else can hear my audio while I’m on the bus jamming out!

Sound quality is pretty good and the volume is fine as long as there is no background noise around you. Riding in my jeep (with the top on and windows up) makes enough noise that it’s difficult to understand podcasts. The mics work well for phone calls but again, you need to be in a place without much noise around you. They are comfortable to wear, even with glasses.

I actually got these so that when I had music on at work, I could still hear people walk up behind me. I love them for group runs though. I can wear them with the music paused and hear conversations clear as day and then when I am on my own, I can quickly turn the music on. I think I should have bought the smaller pair though!

I love my Openrun pro's. Best headphones ever. I drive all day, about 1000 miles a week, and shokz make my life behind the wheel effortless. The microphone I'm told sounds perfect, most of the time people don't even know I have headphones on, and I can hear exactly what they're saying perfectly and still hear things around me.

My headphones failed (loose transducer) only a few weeks after my two-year warranty had expired. Shokz filed a claim on my behalf and replaced the unit. What a relief. Initially, due to strict software parameters I would guess, I was not able to file a claim. I contacted the customer happiness team and they responded immediately and let me know the unit would be replaced. Personally I love the headphones. I use them at work, on the golf course and while working out. I hate running, but do use during P90X workouts. If I had an issue to be critical about, some folks have complained about hearing my voice when using as a headset. So maybe the microphone needs a little improvement?
