My first impression was how clearly the instructions were laid out on the package. It was really easy to follow in regard to prepping my yard, planting the seed and watering! It didn't take me more than half an hour to get this spread out on the bare section of our yard. I have been watering it as instructed on the packet and I think I am starting to see coverage grow in the yard. I'm excited to have a nicer looking yard and a product so easy to use. I would definitely buy more of this.

I've tried a few other brands of grass that didn't grow very well so I'm hoping that this one will produce good results! The 5lb bag is more than enough to cover all the spots in my yard. It's too early to tell how the grass will grow but I will update my review in a few weeks.

Used scotts brand to fill in some bare spots in my lawn and was disappointed because i didnt see any results so i decided to get a small bag of pennington bermuda and planted it late july and followed the instruction and within a week i could see bare spots fill in and new growth still coming out.the grass is thick and green and within a month it has filled out the bare spots. I would definitely recommend this product especially if you live in AZ where it gets triple digits.

I do see a slight difference in my lawn, but it seems too early to tell. The weather here in Texas has been quite varied, with some hot & dry days mixed in with occasional rain. This might be affecting the growth, so I'm planning to give it more time to see the full effects.

We tried it on the visible front yard first and WOW....We live in the driest climate, West Texas and grass is sometimes hard to come by, but now we have some great growth, so we bought a second round for our large back yard. We have five active pugs so we'll see how it goes, but fingers crossed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item came well packaged and had clear instructions. I had some areas where grass died last year and I was wanting to seed those areas. I prepped the areas as recommended and applied as recommended. I watered twice daily and felt like it was kept moist enough. Some seeds sprouted but they then died. Other areas had no seed sprout. After having issues with the seed I feel that it probably wasn't kept moist enough. I have used their seed in the past and not had a problem.
