[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product one times a year it's great product, the only I don't like it's the water time it's some days rain and get out the seeds and don't grow.

I spread this all over my yard and within 2 weeks I have some type of clover growing everywhere I speed the seeds. I know it's the Pennington seeds because it's even growing in bare spots. Where there was nothing before. Now my yard is worse off than before.

Good grass seed and this is my 2nd bag...just a heads up it's 1lb per 1000sqft for an established bermuda yard and 3lb per 1k sqft if you are starting new...you must aerate yard extensively before you seed and only use a hand spreader NOT a push speader!...seed is too small for bigger speader...water in good and don't let seed dry out...good southern bermuda seed tho!
