My first and only hand mixer is a Hamilton Beach, that was given to me at my wedding shower, in 1987. The marriage didn't last, but my mixer did! Its worked perfectly for over 30 years, so when I had the chance to try a new model, I was thrilled. This 7 speed pro model is fantastic. It comes with 3 different types of beaters, is very powerful yet is also very quiet. Im so happy with this mixer and im thoroughly impressed with its performance and the long life of Hamilton Beach products.

Both recipes begin with a very liquid batter and this mixer was so smooth. The slow start up was such a game changer! Throughout all the mixing at every speed or batter consistency I always felt totally in control of the mixer. I also LOVE the rubber/silicone paddles. Being able to use them in a glass bowl without all the clunking noise was so nice. My mother asked about the paddles and upon hearing about the mixer she immediately put it in her Christmas wishlist. My only minor complaint is that it can be difficult to pull the mixer out of the base sometimes but I appreciate that that means it is a firm connection that won't pop free and spill out the pieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer was delivered as I was getting ready to make sugar cookies. If you’ve made them , you know how stiff the dough is. Well, no problem, the mixer worked like a charm. Everything was mixed nicely and the different speeds were a great help. When I added the dry ingredients it just needed to be combined, perfectly stirred in. Next I made mashed cauliflower, no lumps and mashed the way we prefer it. I keep the mixer on my counter so I can just grab it. It is very nice looking and I love the storage on the bottom. I tried to think of any cons but there really weren’t any for me. This is my favorite mixer that I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few( I cook and bake all the time).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 15 years with my current Hamilton Beach mixer, it was time for an upgrade. The new Hamilton Beach Professional 7 speed hand mixer is amazing. This mixer has extreme power to get through even the toughest cookie dough! It comes complete with the 2 standard beaters, 2 dough hooks (love them) 2 soft scrapers and a whisk attachment all in a secure plastic case that attaches to the base of the mixer itself. I am loving the speed options on this, from #1 - to get my egg whites started to #7 for that thick dough. The LED speed is easily recognized through a window on top of the mixer. It's not heavy to handle and the power function and grip is perfect. The quick burst option at every speed makes quick work of my recipes. The cord is swivel which I truly appreciate, no more getting it twisted around my hand or bowl. The mixer is easy to wipe down and the beaters are dishwasher safe. I love this Hamilton Beach Professional 7 hand mixer and highly recommend it to everyone.

The Hand Mixer can shift between 7 speeds. The powerful motor is perfect for whipping cream and mixing cake batter. The QuickBurst button for extra power is a great feature and the slow starting speed reduces splatters. Also, the storage case is very convenient. Nice color and appealing design. I really like that it has so many speed options. Love the soft scrape beaters, so no matter what time of container im using the beaters will not scratch it up. The snap on storage case is ideal for keeping up with everything. After clean up just put everything back in it and snap it on to your mixer and you have everything together This is great!

They eject by pulling a trigger near the control dial. This mixer’s design is pleasing and modern. While it’s very sturdy, it is also not heavy so your hand does not get tired while using it. The Slow Start feature is wonderful. I started mixing cookie dough on the lowest setting and there was no splattering of flour or any other ingredients. The cookie dough mixed with minimal effort. It blends and incorporates ingredients quickly and with less effort. In fact, cream whipped into soft peaks in about two minutes using the whisk attachment. You can select one of the seven speeds with your thumb and the easy to read digital display will indicate which one you’re using. By pressing down on the same dial, you will get a burst of power if needed. The cord length is generous. There is a helpful feature which allows you to position the cord to the left or right. When you rest the mixer on the countertop, it remains stable. The only issue I had is that the dial to position the cord should go back to the center by turning in the opposite direction from where it is but I was unable to move it back. This mixer can be conveniently stored in its clear case. It is simple to place the beaters, whisk and dough hooks in the case bottom. Then fold the mixer cord underneath the mixer body and place it on top of the case. It snaps in place and can then be stored. The silicone coating on the beaters helps in cleaning them after use. All attachments can go in the dishwasher. The mixer body wipes clean quickly. This is a mixer you can look forward to using.

No more loose beaters in the drawer or cords hanging all over the cabinet. All attachments fit easily into the snap on case! So simple to store, with little space needed. I just love this!!! The Mixer itself is light weight and easy to use. Along with the snap on storage case, the mixer includes, 2 Soft Scrape beaters, 2 dough hooks, 1 whisk and a lockable swivel cord! This is the best hand mixer I've had, it glides with ease while using. I beat eggs with the whisk, which came out fluffy. The Soft Scrape beaters mixed my cake batter with little splatter and without scratching my bowl. You have complete control of speed using the dial, with digital control display letting you know your level. Not a loud appliance, very soft in sound. To wash or change your beaters, whisk or dough hooks, simply pull on the easy release trigger. So pleased with everything about this hand mixer and highly recommend!
