[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very powerful for a hand mixer. It is a little heavier than other hand mixers, but it works more like a stand one. It has the silicone coating on the beaters which is a great addition. The batter doesn't stick that way, and the beaters do not scrape the sides of my bowl like plain metal does. It is mostly quiet and works pretty smoothly. I like the case that it sits in with the beaters. I made banana bread, a cake, and cookie dough. It worked great with all different batters. I really like this mixer. The quality is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this hand mixer. We love to bake every week, and we do everything from scratch and this mixer is a big helper in our kitchen. This is a 7-speed hand mixer, which is amazing as you can control the speed by yourself. The set also includes soft scrape beaters, dough hooks, and whisk. It also has a convenient snap-on case and a lockable swivel cord. The mixer itself is so easy to use, even my kids love helping me and so easy to clean it after the job is done. Not only the mixer does the job well but the design is so beautiful and the silver color looks perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Professional 7-speed Hand Mixer is a professional-looking, high quality hand mixer that works amazingly. This hand mixer includes rubber-tipped mixing blades for easy cleanup, as well as hooks and whisk attachments. I like the different settings and quick usage this gives me. Parts wash well in top rack of dishwasher and this set includes a self-containing holder.

I don't cook nearly as often as I should, so it is safe to say I am not a professional, an amateur at best. this was extremely easy and fool proof to use. even I didn't need the instructions. it was very straight forward. my four-year-old daughter was even able to figure it out without my help while baking with her. I also love the plastic case that snaps onto it because it holds the mixing adapters keeping everything together in one place while also taking up minimal storage space in my kitchen!

The trigger release for the attachments is very handy. The speed is set by a dial that is right under you thumb. Very easy to quickly change speeds and very easy to see what speed your on by the LED indicator. Pushing down on the speed button give you a momentary burst in speed and will not stay on which is nice. Having the standard mixing blades coated in silicone allows for use in non-stick pans. The only thing that we have noticed is you need to go slow at first, get your dry goods mixed then speed up. Over all we would give this mixer a 5.

I love baking and this has made the process so much easier. It’s durable, easy to clean and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who loves baking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a few weeks ago and just recently used it to make Christmas cookies. The soft mixer hands helped to create less mess and splatter however I’m not sure how long the rubbery layer on the outside of the mixers will last. I do like that this specific hand mixer comes in 7 speeds and starts off slow so no mess can happen. I do appreciate that this also came with dough hooks and a whisk attachment (which I’ve yet to use). Overall, this hand mixer is much better than another brand name I have from Target. My cookies came out perfect and clean up was easy!

Easy to clean, nice and quiet, comfortable to handle and works great .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've used this hand mixer for homemade muffins and whipping creme. Both recipes begin with a very liquid batter and this mixer was so smooth. The slow start up was such a game changer! Throughout all the mixing at every speed or batter consistency I always felt totally in control of the mixer. I also LOVE the rubber/silicone paddles. Being able to use them in a glass bowl without all the clunking noise was so nice. My mother asked about the paddles and upon hearing about the mixer she immediately put it in her Christmas wishlist. My only minor complaint is that it can be difficult to pull the mixer out of the base sometimes but I appreciate that that means it is a firm connection that won't pop free and spill out the pieces.
