Love this mixer! It is so powerful and runs very quiet. Loved it so much I purchased one for my daughter. We both do a lot of cooking/baking, and it will be put to the real test!

My hand usually hurts after using other handheld mixers but I didn’t have any cramps after using this Hamilton Beach mixer. I recently used this to mix a cake and the mixer is quiet and easy to use and my batter was very smooth. I’ll be using this mixer at least once a week!

No more loose beaters in the drawer or cords hanging all over the cabinet. All attachments fit easily into the snap on case! So simple to store, with little space needed. I just love this!!! The Mixer itself is light weight and easy to use. Along with the snap on storage case, the mixer includes, 2 Soft Scrape beaters, 2 dough hooks, 1 whisk and a lockable swivel cord! This is the best hand mixer I've had, it glides with ease while using. I beat eggs with the whisk, which came out fluffy. The Soft Scrape beaters mixed my cake batter with little splatter and without scratching my bowl. You have complete control of speed using the dial, with digital control display letting you know your level. Not a loud appliance, very soft in sound. To wash or change your beaters, whisk or dough hooks, simply pull on the easy release trigger. So pleased with everything about this hand mixer and highly recommend!

First project was mixing bread dough with the dough hooks and baking it in the Hamilton Beach crock pot. I was amazed at how quickly and easily it mixed. I was doubtful about the whisk attachment whipping well because it was so lightweight, but as I beat the heavy cream, it was convincing me first impressions aren’t always right. Next, I used the coated beaters to mix up a cake. Works like a charm and doesn’t clank against the bowl. The 7 speeds with the burst function is awesome and very easy to use. The trigger to eject the beaters is easy to reach and pull. Nice feature to lock the swivel cord. But the storage case is a wonderful addition to keep all the pieces in one place.

The pulse option is also a very nice touch to it. I like how it has different attachments, I can really customize my needs as I bake.

It has the silicone coating on the beaters which is a great addition. The batter doesn't stick that way, and the beaters do not scrape the sides of my bowl like plain metal does. It is mostly quiet and works pretty smoothly. I like the case that it sits in with the beaters. I made banana bread, a cake, and cookie dough. It worked great with all different batters. I really like this mixer. The quality is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the two blender wands have a covering on them because now I can use it in all my pans , love the storage container at bottom so now I can keep all together and not have to search the drawn just to find the piece I need. Easy to clean, nice and quiet, comfortable to handle and works great .

We've mixed up a couple batches of cookies, frosting, and beat eggs for a quiche already. The silicone covered beaters make for much quieter mixing, especially when using a metal or glass bowl, which is great when trying to keep the noise down when little ones are sleeping! The gradual start did a great job at keeping things from flying out of the bowl on startup. I noticed my sugar cookie dough wanted to climb and build up above the beaters, so mixing was a bit tricky while trying to use a rubber spatula to keep it clear. With the beaters full of dough, the.mixer couldn't properly stand on it's own either. Despite the swivel for the cord, it felt like it kept getting in the way, but perhaps I'm just not used to it yet. The matte silver finish looks so nice- I wish they had used it all over instead of adding the chrome accent. Overall I'm impressed with the quiet mixing power, and I like the attachments and case that keeps it all together!

My Hamilton Beach Professional 7-speed electric hand mixer, which I recently received, arrived with a burnt motor, indicating a factory error, I believe. I had to return it to the store because when I plugged it in for the first time, I could smell the motor, which is not normal at all!
