Lasted our 12 year old about 2 months before the front motor went out. He rode it all the time and gave us a reason to be outside, then it died. Jetson not great to work with so even though they say it has a warranty, it does not.

I purchased this scooter because it was the best lightweight option capable of supporting an adult rider. Unfortunately, the braking system is a major drawback. It only has an electronic brake and a rear foot-activated brake, both of which are largely ineffective. At top speed, it took me around 60 feet to come to a complete stop. When heading downhill, the manual rear brake is necessary, but it doesn’t provide much stopping power either. In emergency situations, don't expect to stop quickly—you may need to jump off and rely on your own feet to slow down. If you’re considering this scooter for its portability and weight, it delivers. But be aware: the braking system leaves a lot to be desired and may be a dealbreaker for safety-conscious riders.

Got it for my 10 year old for his birthday and he loves it! We connect my phone and put it in a backpack that he carries while he rides so the music will play through the scooter. Makes him feel so big. The price is pretty amazing on these right now!

im so disappointed with the purchase. after 4 uses, it quits working . one light started to flash and stopped running. and store refused to take it and get the money back bcuse have no box. zerooo stars.

Bought a couple of these for two 12yo granddaughters. I figured 8 mile range @ 8mph (half of 15mph) translated to an hour...been experiencing more like 30min....a little disappointed. Should have spent another $100 for competitor

My son is really excited, He absolutely loves it! The speaker has better quality than I expected. I am glad it has a max speed of 15mph. The lights definitely help him get noticed by vehicles.

I purchased the jetson ember scooter 2 months ago for my granddaughter and absolutely gave it a thumbs-up. Now the brakes do not work. Please provide assistance...thank you

The Jetson Ember Electric Scooter is not only a fun and convenient item, but easy to put together. I had my daughter put it together, and she was able to easily do so without much assistance. The box was neatly packed, and the whole process took only 10 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow, and no pieces were missing. The assembly process only required putting the pieces together and screwing in 3 spots. Everything needed was given, which sped up the assembly. Everything needed to know was easily found in the user manual. Aside from the assembly itself, the scooter ride was not only enjoyable, but it was to control the scooter. The ride was comfortable, and the speed was reasonable. Highly recommend this product!
