These are packed with veggies as well as fiber, which is something that I feel all kids need extra in their diet. Before I gave my daughter the vitamins I tried them out myself - and they taste amazing! When I gave her the vitamins to try, she said they tasted very good. I also love that there is the equivalent of 3 cups of kale of fiber that she will be getting each time she takes these. I posted a photo showing the ingredients and everything checks out for me.
