The kids did seem to have more energy which is what we're looking for. We highly recommend SmartyPants as this Supplement of Fruits & Veggies did make a difference in our kids.

They feel like a natural fruit snack and taste good enough that they need no convincing to eat! My 8 year old enjoys them. I only wish they had a little more fiber per gummy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fiber gummies contain 3 grams of soluble fiber per serving. When chewing it, it kind of sticks to your teeth a little. The taste was fine, but there was a little bit of an aftertaste. One of my kids didn't like the taste, while the others did. I don't know that it helped with digestion though. It's certainly worth a try if your child needs a little extra fiber.

It we stated with 1 gummy for the first week, it appears to be working as we will love to two gummies next week. Overall I would highly recommend for your child.

I do like the fact that these gummies have real vegetables: kale, broccoli, and spinach, the real important vegetables that she doesn't like.

Both children liked the taste of these and had no problem taking them. As for their effectiveness, I can’t really speak on that. It was nice to know they were getting in some extra fiber and vitamins though.

My son, 7, doesn't like the taste of these and my daughter, 11, didn't have anything negative to say about them. Packaging is fine. Time will tell how well they work.
