I’ll still force her to eat them since they are good for her haha. We usually use a powder fiber in her water since she can’t taste it, however these are easier and faster to use. The convenience of it is nice. Not sure about value of money since this was gifted to me by Influenster. I’ve seen this brand around though and they seem pretty comparable to other brands. I’d give it a 3.5-4 stars.

We gave our 2 girls these supplements for a week including me. None of us has experienced any major differences other than being gassy. The gummies do taste good and don't leave any weird after taste. They're organic which is a bonus as well. Packaging is pretty nice and the bottle is thick plastic. We will continue taking the supplements and see what happens. I'd recommend for the time being.

My son is autistic so he is extremely picky about what he eats. He tells me they taste good they smell sweet and taste sweet as well. Usually we get enough fiber in our diet in my household, but pobody’s nerfect. I try supplementing with adequate vitamins and minerals the best I can. Luckily these taste good and my kid enjoys having 1-2 after a meal. The hard part is ensuring they don’t overdo it, because that can cause quite the upset tummy.
