It has all the good ingredients and fiber for them but not having to deal with crying at dinner when I try to get them to eat veggie. Sweet flavor, and they can't tell these were made from veggie. Soft texture, small enough to make it fun and enjoyable for them. Def recommend to those parents with kids who don't like veggie. Give it a try!!

While he was scared at first to try these after the first few days we had no problems at all. Now he even asks for them or reminds me to get them for him. The packaging is simple and typical for vitamins.
