My children actually like the taste (which is a big win), and I love that they’re getting fiber and veggies without any complaints. I was worried about how they would like the flavors with it being packed full of healthy vegetables, but they actually really like them. My 7 year old asked for more, but I had to explain that it's wasn't a gummy snack. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and will be purchasing more.

Usually we get enough fiber in our diet in my household, but pobody’s nerfect. I try supplementing with adequate vitamins and minerals the best I can. Luckily these taste good and my kid enjoys having 1-2 after a meal. The hard part is ensuring they don’t overdo it, because that can cause quite the upset tummy. I wouldn’t say I notice a difference (it’s not my body after all), but I appreciate the added benefit for my child.

His body responded after the first use and he said he feels so "good". He did not care for the smell but to me, it seemed like any gummy.

Clean ingredients, great taste, packaging sealed and work well but I wouldn’t give kids a full dose every day. As for the value they can be quite pricey so I use them sparingly.
