It does have a veggie taste like green veggies taste, I was only able to eat one I was not able to take the taste of It. They keep taking them they know it's good for them, I offered my husband and he ate them like a champ he enjoyed them, so it's a matter of taste buds. You have to try and see what works, some kids will surprise you my younger niece loves this type of stuff.

The gummy’s tend to clump together, but with a vigorous shake they all spread apart. I did notice that my child had more frequent bowel movements with this product. These can be given to children 4 years of age and older. My kids are 10 and 4, so these were perfect for us to try. My 4 year old can have one gummy a day and my 10 year old can have 2 daily. They can be taken with or without food. These are stated to be sourced from premium ingredients, which I really appreciate. Also they are third party tested which means what they say are in them are actually in them! They have a smooth and gummy texture which both my kids like, especially my 4 year old which can be turned off by certain textures. Every 2 gummies have 3 grams of fiber, which is great for their digestion. I love how the vegetable blend is organic consisting of kale, spinach, and broccoli. These are also non-gmo and gluten free. They taste like organic gummies and my 4 year old asks for hers daily. I highly recommend these!
