It was as if they were eating some gummy bears. There isn’t too much and doesn’t last too long. The jar isn’t full, maybe less than half the jar. It also gets stuck in their teeth. However, they bring what they need and they love it!

My kids has no issues with the taste and love it, they even ask for more but ofcourse we don’t exceed the recommended dose. What I love about this product, it helps with any digestive issues especially when they don’t have enough dairy intake. The ingredients are quality and good. The gummies are also gluten free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has Gruns Cubs fiber content with only 2 gummies instead of 7. I have two boys who tried these fiber and veggies gummies; one loved them and the other did not so we are 50/50 on taste. We do have Gruns in the house as well and the same child who doesn’t like Gruns also didn’t like these so he is especially picky. I love that the directions tell you to start with one gummy and work your way to two. I’d imagine it would be a lot of fiber for a foreign stomach to handle jumping into a full dose and I appreciate the company’s recognition of this. My child who liked these didn’t have any issues staying regulated so I can’t speak to their effectiveness but I’m happy for my kids to get greens and fiber anyway I can. The price point is much better than Gruns but they don’t contain all the vitamins that Gruns offers so you would need to pair with a second supplement. Overall it’s a good product just wished it was more inclusive of all my children’s needs and tastebuds!
