PROS: Heavy duty, not easily tipped, cord good length CONS: Opening is too small, the heat button does not stay on, we always have to press it 2 or 3 times. VERY annoying

I love my kettle! It has been making some different sounds lately, but it still operates normally. I contacted Cuisinart regarding the sounds, and they assured me that if it stops working, I would get a replacement.

The outside of the pot gets too hot to touch so I can't use my other hand to help lift or steady it, which arthritis compels me to do. We regret this purchase and cannot recommend it. Our previous pot (KitchenAid) didn't have this issue.

I really enjoy my cordless kettle. It heats quickly. So my tea last awhile . It does get a little heavy when you fill it to the top to pour the 1st cup. It doesn’t take a lot of space up on the counter. It’s a very nice product.

Bought the Cuisinart Electric Kettle to replace an old off brand kettle. This is a really nice kettle that heats water quickly, is quiet and looks sleek. I'm sure it will last many years.

This is an attractive, efficient and elegant tea kettle. The only flaw is that within weeks of its first use, the lid began to stick and must be manually lifted about half the time.

I use the Tea Kettle daily, It's the perfect size for instant coffee or making tea. Attractive Stainless steel to leave on my counter in an open plan condo. It provides boiling water for cooking in a hurry.

Unfortunately our electric tea kettle began leaking only after using a short time. It seemed like a great kettle, kept the water hot for longer period. Due to another person experiencing the same thing, we did not replace it with a Cuisinart.

Works as described. Heats up water quickly; used it for hot water needs when baking. Nice design. Hard to see the water level when filling due to the light colored background but not a big deal; I just stop and check while filling it.

Great price and quality! This is a simple machine (you do not need to learn a program; just press the button and water boils). Just what I was looking for!
