I’ve had this kettle for about a month, and so far, been an OK choice, although I might not have bought it if I’d been able to see it in a store first. It heats the water quickly, and I like the illuminated water gauge on the side. My major negative is that the handle is big for my aging, arthritic hands, making it somewhat awkward to pour from, especially when full. I trust Cuisinart in general, so I hope this holds up for several years, as my last kettle (different brand) did.

I like Cuisinart products especially coffee makers. I had a Breville water boiler which also worked quietly and quickly. I decided to try the Cuisinart electric water boiler and have been more than satisfied with it. I just returned from London and had use of a Russell Hobbs water boiler and that is the quickest boiler ever!

My first time owning an electric tea kettle and the Cuisinart cordless was an excellent choice. It has classic good looks, with great options for finished water temperatures, and it comes to temperature very quickly. The feature to keep the water hot for thirty minutes is extra nice. I’ve enjoyed using it and would recommend it to anyone.

We all know what a tea kettle does, it boils water. And this one from Cuisinart does just that, very fast and then shuts off. But with this one you don’t have to hide it and take it out every time you want more tea. It looks great on the counter, plus the kettle is removable from the base so you can bring it to your table and fill many cups as it holds almost 60.

At last! A Stainless Tea Kettle that can withstand the the abuses of well water! We have a water softener and an "Iron Curtain". Yet we have gone through many a tea kettle because of staining and corrosion. But leave it to Cuisinart to come through with the ultimate stain free, easy-to-use tea kettle! Worry no more, my friends, your tea kettle is waiting for you!

Nice kettle but 4 stars for the fill opening being too small to get your hand into easily for cleaning. I would have liked it better if the kettle was a little shorter in order for the fill opening to be a little wider. I live in an area with harder water as I am on a community well system, so my kettle needs to be cleaned more often due to hard water build-up or scale. Other than that I am happy with the my kettle.

Very happy with this purchase! Build quality, ease of use, easy to keep clean. Nice stainless finish. Easily accessible spout filter. Very clear, external capacity gauge. Attractive addition to the countertop. Reaches full boil quickly, then shuts off. I have several other Cuisinart appliances, and have always been more than just "satisfied". I feel safe in recommending it highly.!!

This is exactly what I was looking for, a simple to use and high quality kettle. I love that the body of the kettle is enameled stainless steel as is the interior. The kettle has substance without being too heavy. I was looking for a higher power kettle that didn’t have too many features, this kettle is just that. It clicks on, has a level indicator and illuminates with a blue light. The best part is how fast it heats up!

I purchased this when my previous one stopped working. That was the deluxe model, and I replaced it with the simpler, less expensive model. I am very happy with this model and hope/assume it will last longer as it doesn't have the electronic panel. It still has the auto shut-off which is essential.

I love the kettle for its streamline look and ease of handling. Being able to pick up the tea kettle and walk around a room such as my kitchen and fill up other's coffee/tea mugs is really helpful. This clears up space so one area doesn't get crowded.
