The safety shutoff feature stopped working after approximately 9 months of light use. This was past the warranty period and therefore not covered. I don’t expect small appliances to last forever, but this was disappointing. Otherwise it is a good size kettle and I liked the ergonomics.

We purchased this Electric Cordless Tea Kettle to replace an older Cuisinart Electric Cordless Tea Kettle that was just worn out. The new one does a good job infact I think it heats up a little better. I liked the shape of the old one better. It looked more like a tea kettle and the new one looks more like a coffee pot.

I love the kettle for its streamline look and ease of handling. Being able to pick up the tea kettle and walk around a room such as my kitchen and fill up other's coffee/tea mugs is really helpful. This clears up space so one area doesn't get crowded.

I like Cuisinart products especially coffee makers. I had a Breville water boiler which also worked quietly and quickly. I decided to try the Cuisinart electric water boiler and have been more than satisfied with it. I just returned from London and had use of a Russell Hobbs water boiler and that is the quickest boiler ever!

I am in love with my new Cuisinart electric tea kettle. It is faster than my gas stove using a tea kettle. I use it not only for tea, I have used it to make soups, instant oatmeal and used it to heat up water and then pour it into a kettle for noodles. Anytime I need hot water I turn to my electric tea kettle. Love It !!

After six months or so, water is leaking from the clear vision area where you can see water level. Also, awkward fat handle. Heavy.

Love this kettle. Wish I would have gotten the one with different temps as I was gifted a tea that needs only 165 degree water. But if not for that, this is perfect.

I bought this to replace an older model tea kettle and absolutely love the look of my new kettle. Not only is it beautiful but it heats my tea water very fast. Love it!!

Works great, although our first one broke down in a year. Replaced free under warranty, with good customer service, but why it broke with no moving parts is a mystery.

Works as described. Heats up water quickly; used it for hot water needs when baking. Nice design. Hard to see the water level when filling due to the light colored background but not a big deal; I just stop and check while filling it.
