Makes a bar of 24 ice cubes in the shape of a classic chocolate bar in 12 minutes for me. Recommend wiping down the interior with a damp paper towel before 1st use as there were a few spots of what appear to be glue residue. Very quiet operation other than when ice drops into the ice bin. Very pleased with purchase.

Its a great machine. A little big to keep on the counter. But I live the square, clear ice cubes. They come out in s block, which I put in my freezer ice container. Let them freeze a bit then take a mallet to them and gently break them up into cubes. The ice does not melt and you can fill up the basket and theyll retain their shape. Short of an automatic ice make in fridge this is a good alternative.

I've only used it twice and so far so good I like it I like the square ice cubes and there solid too not those little hollow bullets I hate those hollow ice cubes ... Soo glad I found this ice machine that makes solid square ice cubes and it makes quite a bit on 1 tank of water... Like I said so far so good I love it and it's pretty quiet until the ice drops

I bought this ice machine as a Christmas gift so I cannot report on its performance. I selected this particular ice maker because it claims to make clear square ice cubes that last longer than the cloudy pellet ice made by other makers. I hope the machine itself is a bit smaller than the box. It is also quite heavy. I feel I sacrificed the sleek look of a counter machine for performance. Lets hope so because who wants ice that melts quickly, right?

After a day it started making loud noises. Makes hard ice but you have to break it up.

All the ice maker makes is a solid block of ice I have called the support number and held for over 30 minutes multiple times family only to hang up I do not recommend this product

Perfect for my bar. Makes ice in very little time. Auto shut off timer is a great idea. Very simple to operate. Haven't used the + - buttons yet, no need, does what I need.

Ice cubes come all frozen together and hard to break apart but they don't melt quickly like the round ones of other machines. Puts out a lot of ice quickly. Easy setup. Easy to read display.

This is really a nice ice machine I have no complaints about it don't know how long it will hold up but for right now it's a good machine I have only had it for 2 weeks good fast shipping from Walmart
