it works great makes a lot more ice than my prior ice machine, but I wish that it didn’t come out in big block that you have to break apart with a hammer

Makes an amazing amount of clear solid cubes. The only problem is that the cubes stick together in sheets so you need to bag them and break them apart. I think I have about 3 gallon bags filled in my downstairs freezer.

Makes ice quickly and it’s very clear. Can make different thickness from the settings. I use RO water not tap water to make my ice so not sure on the clarity with tap water.

I bought the smaller version of this first which worked fine. Capacity was only good for 1-2 perople though. Have used this one only a couple of times - quite impressed so far. Seems legit!

As advertised... Ice cubes are great...comes out usually in a sheet with cubes attached - but quite easy to break apart... Would order this ice-maker again...

I bought this as a gift. But I have bought it before. It's great makes plenty of ice and it's actually cheaper than the replacing the ice maker in the refrigerator. I would totally recommend it to anyone.

I love my ice maker I purchased this 2 weeks before Thanksgiving it saved the day I needed ice for brinieing the turkey this baby was pumping it out it did its job

It produces fast, and the ice box is insulated! It does produce the square cubes in a 4x7 sheet, so you have to pop the sheet with the scoop or dump it from the basket into another container... all in all, an excellent ice maker! Good deal!!!

This product worked well for two months then started retaining water in the ice compartment causing any made ice to melt we sent it back today for a refund

Wore out the old one had for 5 years. New unit makes great clear cubes. I use bottled water so cubes have a fresh clean taste not the chlorine taste if tap water. Delivery was 2 days after promised date.
