It works well. Love the small square ice. Makes ice fast and I’m able to store it up in another bag in the freezer. Can get about 15-16lbs a day if I actively empty the tray.

It makes nice clean ice, square cubes, my issue is the cubes do not separate, it drops an entire sheet, approximately 10 x 5 inches, and it takes some effort to break them up to fit in a glass or water bottle.

It only lasted 2 months and was only used for maybe a week at different times. Had to turn the thickness to the max to get close to having a full sheet of ice. Seems the center of the ice sheet was always 3/4 made.

Ive had this machine for three days now and the unit iced up and stopped working. It comes with a scoop, but you really need an ice pick because ice not separately cubed. Really disappointed in this unit.

This is the 3rd type i' have tried and it works a lot better. The ice forms vertically and drops into basket. You will have to poke the ice to break it up,It breaks up real easy. It's the best for the price

At 6 months old water pump started having problems at 8 months old the screeching is really bad,i have 3 months on 1 year warranty,plus 3 year extended an csnt use either,because it eas online order i have no receipt do they cant help us.

I love it! I looked into every ice maker out there before I decided to buy this one. it's been good to us. Super easy to clean, perfect ice. We lived in our rv full time so we had it running every day except when we moved.

Makes ice quickly, it isn’t the thickest nor hardest but it gets the job done. For the price, does a good job of keeping Bucket full with a little attention to detail.

The cubes don't break apart, they are clumped together. Also it freezes up easily. We only had a week and have to return it. The way the machine makes the ice is not ideal.

Apparently, these people like to send you items that have been used before. Opened up package and it had water stains and rust stains in it. Extremely dissapointed!!
