Makes ice extremely fast for a countertop unit. You will have to play with the settings to get your ice just right. I ended mine on -3 minutes for a softer ice.

I love this thing! I go through ice like crazy and this makes alot and fast! I also like the square restuarant style cubes. It is rather large and I had to make a special place for it but it's worth it to me!

Ive had this machine for three days now and the unit iced up and stopped working. It comes with a scoop, but you really need an ice pick because ice not separately cubed. Really disappointed in this unit.

The cubes don't break apart, they are clumped together. Also it freezes up easily. We only had a week and have to return it. The way the machine makes the ice is not ideal.

lage water reservoir but the bin is quite small. first day of use i am not impressed. every run has been clumped ice cubes. it is very quiet compared to other machines i have had.

Item was used, and did not function, looks like a warrenty return that was never tested and sold as new. There is water residue inside, and it smells moldy.

It only lasted 2 months and was only used for maybe a week at different times. Had to turn the thickness to the max to get close to having a full sheet of ice. Seems the center of the ice sheet was always 3/4 made.

cant get to work. my husband bought this for me and it will not make ice at all, the water runs and thats it. I let it run for a week and nothing. He lost the receipt so i cant return it. really disappointed

This machine is a beast it's not like the others well worth a few bucks more quiet, produces way more ice and the ice ice thick, there is so much you can do put it on for 12 hours a day. Dream machine in our house.

It works well. Love the small square ice. Makes ice fast and I’m able to store it up in another bag in the freezer. Can get about 15-16lbs a day if I actively empty the tray.
