I love it! I looked into every ice maker out there before I decided to buy this one. it's been good to us. Super easy to clean, perfect ice. We lived in our rv full time so we had it running every day except when we moved.

It worked for 4 days and then the water pump started making an incredibly loud buzzing, whining sound that just kept getting louder and louder until I unplugged it and put it back in the box to return it.

It works pretty well but the box was damaged in store and it was the only one left. I brought it up to the worker and I still ended up paying full price. If the ice doesn’t break apart I recommend lowering the time.

It works well. Love the small square ice. Makes ice fast and I’m able to store it up in another bag in the freezer. Can get about 15-16lbs a day if I actively empty the tray.

It makes nice clean ice, square cubes, my issue is the cubes do not separate, it drops an entire sheet, approximately 10 x 5 inches, and it takes some effort to break them up to fit in a glass or water bottle.

Works great! We use it every other day. Fill to the top and let it run. Empty the ice into the ice bin in our freezer and wipe it down. Frigidaire?? If you are listening... Is there a particular ice machine cleaner you recommend??

Apparently, these people like to send you items that have been used before. Opened up package and it had water stains and rust stains in it. Extremely dissapointed!!

I tried all settings and ice still comes out in sheets. The sheets dont break up so you cant even put any ice in your cup. What a total waste of water and electricity. I will be returning.

Ive had this machine for three days now and the unit iced up and stopped working. It comes with a scoop, but you really need an ice pick because ice not separately cubed. Really disappointed in this unit.

This machine is easy to use and produces plenty of ice. This is used in an office setting and it produces more than enough ice for all of us. I highly recommend.
