Does what it says. you truly get crystal clear square cubes. However if you don't empty it they melt pretty fast, and the water on the bottom doesn't circulate for some reason, just stays there and you must take it out and clean it, which is a nuisance. other than this it's awesome and exactly what I needed since I'm a true ice snob. Also the other reviews are wierd. what's up with that.

Quiet machine. Efficient with power. Nice ice cubes. They are clear. small, hard cubes. You do have to break apart the cubes (its like coming out of an ice tray), but this isn't hard to do. The cubes will slowly melt if you leave them in too long or don't use them but the water is recycled back into ice. It stops making ice once the basket is full and wont make more till open the door and take some out. It's a nice looking machine too!

This Ice Maker is amazing. I have struggled with a freezer that has not made ice for months and this has been a blessing from above. It produces restaurant quality ice from this compact clear square ice-maker. I love my Frigidaire so much that I stay hydrated all day so I can go home to have the best tasting ice at home after a long day. cant get to work. my husband bought this for me and it will not make ice at all, the water runs and thats it. I let it run for a week and nothing. He lost the receipt so i cant return it. really disappointed

This ice maker gets the job done. It makes ice fast. My only complaint with it is that I have to break the cubes apart because it comes out as one big block. For the price, I would buy it again.

Item was used, and did not function, looks like a warrenty return that was never tested and sold as new. There is water residue inside, and it smells moldy.

Amazing clear hard ice at home. Fits under cupboard. 1" square cubes. The 24 cubes each harvest need some breaking apart. About 10 minutes between harvests. This will pay for itself in 1 year.

for one I love the shape of the ice cubes and how nice and clear they are and the fact that it makes quite a lot of ice. Its a lot better than my old ice maker.

Makes ice extremely fast for a countertop unit. You will have to play with the settings to get your ice just right. I ended mine on -3 minutes for a softer ice.

Did not completely freeze the cubes and theyall froze together when I put them in the fridge. When I returned it, there was another one exactly the same that somebody returned that same day.
