I really like it We've only had it running for a week. So far its better then the smaller 26lb ice makers. It has more features. I can set it to freeze the cubes longer. Making them thicker (last longer) Which was a problem with the round ice cube makers. They always melted quicker. The only thing that makes a little inconvience. The ice comes out in sheets of cubes together. I make them ahead of time. Drop them in a zipper baggie. Break them up. Then put them in my ice bucket. Fingers crossed this one lasts longer. My last 3 round ice cube makers. Quit working after a year-year

Damaged unit. The box didn’t seem to have been previously opened, but upon unboxing I found that the see through window is cracked, and while the protective film was in place and again it didn’t seem to have been used, there were various deep scratches and a dent on the side of the unit. For the price I paid I hope I can return or exchange this in store.

It makes sheets of ice instead of individual cubes and seems very inefficient. Not super impressed. Gotta bust up the sheet of ice by hand to make a cold drink which is dumb. It seems to make more %26 hold more ice than the 26lb Frigidaire model that i had before which is what i wanted as i primarily wanted it to make ice to fill a big cooler for home butchering meat but i much preferred the bullet style ice for drinks. If this were a bullet style machine that made individual pieces of ice in an efficient manner %26 would stay on 24/7 till i turn it off then it would be 100% better. As is it's just ok. Got it on clearance with a damaged box so it was a good price so i can't complain too much though. It does what i want for filling coolers and it does make ice that with a little effort keeps a drink cold.

This Frigidaire stainless steel ice maker gets the job done. My fridge at home is very old (i mean very old) and the ice making section is barely functioning at all. I like how quick and simple it is to make the ice when I need it. It is also perfect for BBQ parties when you need to have ice for a large group of people. I am writing this review as a part of a contest.

We have had our Frigidaire EFIC452 black stainless steel clear-ice maker for about a week and have been putting it through its paces. I have been impressed with how quietly it runs while it makes ice. It definitely does not bother us with the tv on in the next room. It feels like it takes some time to get the initial 24 pieces of ice to form and fall into the bucket, but it makes consistent ice, super clear; not white bullets like many ice makers. I first fill a Brita pitcher with water to filter tap water, then pour it into the water reservoir. One tankfull of water easily makes 3 or 4 loads of ice, if not more. That's 24 cubes x 3 or 4. I can't yet speak toward the longevity of the unit but I did purchase it with my amazon visa card that doubles a standard year warranty. Hopefully, I won't need to use it. I am a big fan of this machine so far.

When I purchased this the first time off of the Walmart website and had it shipped site to store I bought a home and had a leak like a sieve. Now the second time I purchased it from my local Walmart store recently brought it home unpacked it and let it site for an hour. The second time around it worked like it was supposed to. There were no leaks at all and it makes ice as it should. I would recommend this to people, but I would recommend that you buy it in store, not use site to store. Would also say that as a back up to it leaking at any point, I have put it in a large cookie sheet.

This was purchased as a replacement for my refrigerator ice maker that quit working. It makes ice very fast, with very little noise other than the ice dropping into the bin. I normally make enough ice to last for a couple weeks and then store the ice maker. However, with it's sleek finish, it would look nice sitting out on the counter.

Frigidaire changed my life. After years of spilling water and breaking ice trays I decided enough was enough. I finally got myself an ice maker, and boy am I happy I did. Fresh Ice everyday, and no hassle. I am in love with my Frigidaire ice maker. Easy to use, easy to clean, works great, and looks amazing! What more can you ask for? You can't, this thing is better than sliced bread.

I love this little ice maker. It is help me a lot to have an extra ice when I have my family or friend in my home. It produce ice really fast. The first time in around 30 minutes. After that will be around 15 minutes. \n\nThe reason that I rated this with 4* is because The Ice maker produce Ice, but it do not keep that frozen. You need to use that or move the ice from the ice maker to your freezer or cava. \n\n

This Ice Maker is amazing. I have struggled with a freezer that has not made ice for months and this has been a blessing from above. It produces restaurant quality ice from this compact clear square ice-maker. I love my Frigidaire so much that I stay hydrated all day so I can go home to have the best tasting ice at home after a long day. This stainless steal design is sheek and fits into the atmosphere of my trendy apartment. This ice maker simply makes my parties a chill event. This entry is a part of a review contest.
