I wear different types of pajamas and when wearing my pajama pants I am more comfortable using these pads. I think they go on and at first feel too flat but do eventually conform to your body. My underwear is purposely loose fitting and big so with pajama pants it has something to keep the pad from moving around. If it’s necessary to use protection these work and you can depend on them.
