I did not think they would hold up over night with out any leaks but they did with out any issues. The fact that they don't feel like I am wearing a diaper to bed it a BIG plus for me. The wings do hold in place over night and they do not leave a residue when you take the pad off nor do they rip a part when you take them off

I've been wearing Always pads for a long time and these ultra thin overnight with flexi-wings have gotten worse and worse. Ultra thin is definitely no ultra absorbent. 10 hr leakguard protection, you must be kidding me -- no even 5 hours. Totally disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A dependable brand when it comes to feminine pads, Always is usually my go to. I prefer overnight pads that have better coverage and more absorbent qualities but most pads with these features are usually thick and bulky. These pads by Always are ultra thin but at the same time, they still have great protection and do a good job in absorbing quickly. I like how they're unscented and don't accumulate odors quickly. The wings also improve security and keep underwear clean and protected from leaks. Over all, these function as claimed and are a great brand of pads. I only wonder why the pack comes with an odd number of pads in a package.

I don't think I'll every go back to bully pads. I got these for post partum bleeding and I do not regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a firm believer in always using the Always brand. They are very comfortable and absorbent. I have had nothing but good outcomes using this brand. The Unscented Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads With Wings are perfect for after my first couple of days having a heavy flow. They keep you dry and prevent leakages. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a user of the Always Ultra Thin Slender pads for almost 10 years---maybe more---and I see a definite difference in the quality of the product. Now, the pad literally falls apart when you are removing it from your underwear. The "wings" stick to your underwear and become hard to remove. Once the "wings" separate from the pad, it also pulls the backing off too. This problem leaves adhesive or pieces of the pad stuck to your underwear and you have to pick it off. Sometimes it not easy to do. I have been noticing this problem for over a year now, so it is not an issue of a bad batch being produced. This is an issue of quality control and a major change in how the pad is manufactured. Prior to a year or so, I didn't have this problem. Removing and disposing of the pad was simple and very easy to do. NOW, it is a mess! The back of the pad (the adhesive part) and the "wings" stick to your underwear. The "wings" on the side tear away from the pad and are stuck to the back side of my underwear. I have ruined a few pairs of underwear by causing snags from pulling threads of the underwear while trying to remove the adhesive. Also, I noticed that the MSRP for this product is $3.95. I always (no pun intended), purchase my product from Walmart. The current cost of this product from Walmart is $5.47. I don't mind paying the price, but I want to be assured that I am using my money to purchase a quality product, and not cheap stuff. Please go back to how the pads were manufactured years ago. Something has changed in the manufacturing of this product for the benefit of the company and not the consumer. In other words, I think that Always/P&G is cutting corners to save on manufacturing cost and this in turn gives the consumer an inferior or poor quality product.
