[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s super great absorption, I can wear it for a 5-6 hours on a heavy period day but it gets completely squished in my underwear after I wake up from a nap. I will recommend to a friend , one advice please make the glue less adhesive. When I tried to pull it out , it was completely all cotton dust on my bathroom floor.

They are so bad that I used to have to wear double pads because of leaking. A few years ago I discovered these Always Ultra thin and have never used any others since. I like the extra long ones especially because of the great coverage they give in underwear. The fact that they are so absorbent but not thick and heavy is fantastic. I’ve been consistently happy with these pads and highly recommend them for anyone who needs extra protection.

They are thin so they don't show when wearing, and long that they cover a good area for worry free wearing. The absorption is by far the best and and these are a no-brainer for overnight wear. I wake up free from worry that they have leaked overnight.

The always overnight pads are super amsorbant and keep me comfortable and dry all night so I don't worry about that anymore and are very comfortable and stay in place all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are exactly what you need for a heavy overnight. They are comfortable for an entire 8 hours as well or even longer. I prefer the unscented variety as I am not a fan of fake smell. I also love the ultra thin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always - Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads With Wings, Unscented are my pad of choice! I love the fact that those of us with a heavier night time flow now have the option of a thin pad that still does the job. I was getting so irritated by the thicker pads in my nether regions, because they would rub and irritate. I don't have that issue with these. They catch every bit of the flow without feeling like I have a diaper on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] got this product to try just in time for my period to show up. i was surprised at just have thin the pads are. i wasn't are using on heavy nights, but they did the job with now leaks. having a wider back of pad helps when you are back sleeper too. they wings helped hold it in place.
