[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This are the best thin overnight pads, I have a heavy flow and is very self conscious at night when sleeping when it’s my time of the month, I wore the ultra thin overnight pads and woke up safe no mess, they are so thin I forgot I had a pad on but it strong enough to hold my flow and the wings is the perfect extra touch so that way as I move in my sleep I don’t have to worry about the pad balling up.

These size 4 ultra thins are by far the best thing ever! I get the coverage and the absorbancy of the regular but I don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper. They are soooo much more comfortable!

They are thin so they don't show when wearing, and long that they cover a good area for worry free wearing. The absorption is by far the best and and these are a no-brainer for overnight wear. I wake up free from worry that they have leaked overnight.

I bought these for years and thought they were great. They are absorbent, don’t make me feel like I am wearing a diaper and are a good size. The wings help they stay in place. But then they started making the foam ones and I won’t go back unless I have to!
