My favorite kind of pads. I have been using them for years. It took me a while to find the perfect size. I like that these aren't bug and bulky and they hold everything in place. I don't have leaks. The packaging is great. So as long as they don't get discontinued these will be the only ones I use.

They don't feel like you're wearing a diaper and offer good overnight protection, protecting my sheets and overnight clothes. While many with heavy periods may use these during the day as well, I find the pad stickiness works best with less movement. like during sleep. Otherwise it tends to bunch up some.

I purchased a large box of this product at my local bulk buy store because it was all they had. I wish I just would have bought a small box of Infinity Pads. The Always Ultra Thin pads are thin, but also not durable. The mesh liner tears exposing the absorbent material and the wings are uncomfortable. I will not buy these again. I guess they will go in the guest bathroom for emergencies.

So when I see the larger absorbency I think big fat pad and uncomfortable. Well, I am happy to report that these are neither! They are thin, not at all bulky, and super comfortable. Yes they are a bit more noticeable than the tiny pads / liners, but sometimes those just don’t cut it! I’m so glad companies have developed THIN pads that still perform well.
