The back of the pad is bigger so I don't have to worry about staining the back of my underwear. I love how lightweight it feels yet it absorbs so well and keeps my area dry. The wings are very helpful to preventing leaks.

These are my favourite pads to use their super thin and great for 10 hours I believe so perfect for overnight and they are pretty affordable as well so ever since I discovered these they are my go to and I would definitely recommend this to other people

I have been going through menopause and have had some very heavy flow times and these overnight liners never let me down, other product always make for a clean up, but not Always ultra overnight liners! This product is absolutely amazing! Will never use any other product.

I suffer from endometriosis and wear these on my light days as a back up liner. The only thing about these pads is that I hate the wings. They are small and don't wrap around panties well. Other than that I have no complaints.

I'm almost 40. I've had a period for 26 years, I feel I've known the good, the bad, the ugly. It's long, no ruined underwear at night. It's thin, no pain or soreness after wearing it for days. It's QUIET. Unlike that foam thing Always is pushing this one is actually quiet. It's absorbent, I had an ectopic pregnancy, like a miscarriage (or after childbirth)you bleed a lot for weeks. This did the job. I LOVE these pads.

I have always been an always pad user but last month I had the misfortune to buy this at the store. It was a nightmare. My flow has always been medium to heavy but that didn't matter for these pads. The absorption was concentrated to the center of the napkin and hence overloaded the pads. This was further made worse by their horrible wings. I leaked every single time from the sides and stained my panties and my jeans! The wings are the worst I have ever seen. The wings are weak, small and definitely do not have a leak guard. You leak through the sides. I leaked even when walking or just getting up from a chair. Everytime I moved, I leaked. The whole experience was a nightmare. WORST PAD EVER! STAY AWAY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like thin pads, this does the job. It is undetected with leggings in which is when I usually wear thin pads. It was strong enough to accommodate my flow. My teen loves them. I prefer something thicker myself but she loves these.

They are very flexible and not stiff like other pads.They are comfortable to wear and conform to your body's shape. They stay in place even after I exercised and did yard work I did not have to readjust like some other pads I have used before. I will definitely continue using. Highly recommended!
