I've been using this brand for well over 10 years. Never had a problem with it. Lately, the quality has been noticeably sub-standard. Either the pad completely falls apart upon removal, OR the adhesive gets stuck to my panties and won't come off. This last month, not one but THREE pair of underwear are now ruined. I can't remove the gummy, sticky, adhesive from the cotton. Very disappointed. Time to make a change!

So when I see the larger absorbency I think big fat pad and uncomfortable. Well, I am happy to report that these are neither! They are thin, not at all bulky, and super comfortable. Yes they are a bit more noticeable than the tiny pads / liners, but sometimes those just don’t cut it! I’m so glad companies have developed THIN pads that still perform well.

They are so bad that I used to have to wear double pads because of leaking. A few years ago I discovered these Always Ultra thin and have never used any others since. I like the extra long ones especially because of the great coverage they give in underwear. The fact that they are so absorbent but not thick and heavy is fantastic. I’ve been consistently happy with these pads and highly recommend them for anyone who needs extra protection.

I don't think I'll every go back to bully pads. I got these for post partum bleeding and I do not regret it!

I love the fact that those of us with a heavier night time flow now have the option of a thin pad that still does the job. I was getting so irritated by the thicker pads in my nether regions, because they would rub and irritate. I don't have that issue with these. They catch every bit of the flow without feeling like I have a diaper on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
