I have been going through menopause and have had some very heavy flow times and these overnight liners never let me down, other product always make for a clean up, but not Always ultra overnight liners! This product is absolutely amazing! Will never use any other product.

I love the ultra thin because it feels like you’re wearing nothing. It protects you and I love it. I like the one with wings because for me it give me that extra protection that I like. It’s affordable, I will continue purchasing them and recommend them.

Always ultra thin does just what I wanted. It's thin enough to not feel like a "diaper". I can wake up and feel relieved that there is no morning mess. These overnight pads are great, I love the longer length for nighttime and the wings to protect your underwear. They’re super thin so they’re extremely comfortable to wear but dont let their thinness fool you, they’re also extremely absorbant and are great for heavy flow!!.

They are pretty long which can make them uncomfortable for daytime but the length and design was really helpful for those super heavy days. I like the thin design as well. Recommend for overnight and heavy days when you are at home (especially if you have long meetings like I do).
