I like that it has the aqua clean system to minimize de scaling, a built in adjustable grinder, and a user friendly app to guide you. I also like that you can use your own pre ground coffee if you don't want to do whole bean. The espresso function is great and simple. The things I think could be better are the noise, and the cappuccino only feature. If you're a latte drinker I would get the model above this as this only does foam and not a full blown latte. Not a huge deal as I usually do iced drinks anyway, but something to consider. I also would love if the latte go could be just used as a steamer but it does not. Overall, a good machine from a reputable brand and if you want simple and are a beginner like myself it's a great place to start your home coffee journey!

It made a pretty good cappuccino. I would have loved a feature where it would let you froth the milk without needing to push for a cappuccino.

It's easy to use even for a novice. The machine was easy to assemble and even easier to use. You just fill the beans, water, and milk then put the cup under the spout and press the button to select the drink you want to make. You can adjust the bean strength and drink size. I love how you don't have to mess with a frothing wand to ads froth to your cup. The frothing cup pours the right amount of super smooth froth into your cup as it makes it. Your drink comes out perfect every time with fresh ground beans or you can also use ground coffee. The machine has a modern matte black finish with chrome details. It seems to be very well made. The filter that comes with it prevents you from having to descale the machine often. The drip tray has a red float that tells you when the tray needs emptied. I look forward to having my coffee shop espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes at home every day for much cheaper than buying them at the shop. I can also offer coffee drinks to my guests when they come over. I am a novice when it comes to making my own coffee drinks but this machine makes me feel like a batista.

This espresso machine is amazing!!! You can use fresh beans and the machine grinds the beans for each cup which makes the taste so amazing and fresh. It's so easy to use and surprisingly compact. The taste of the coffee is way better using this machine. I really love that I can use coffee beans and /or ground coffee. It is easy to use after you get familiar with all of the features. Also, it is great that includes a filter for the water and a good size tank. It also looks great on top of the kitchen counter. But, once you get it ready, it makes delicious coffee. I love the option to make espresso or lattes. The milk frother is really nice too. You just need to clean it out often.
