[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Philips 2200 series LatteGo machine. This coffee machine is absolutely beautiful and it comes with options to make espresso, coffee, cappuccino, and hot water. The video instructions on youtube were very helpful with setting it up and activating Aqua Clean. It also comes with paper instructions that were easy to follow as well. I love cappuccino and this machine makes a great-tasting one. I love that I do not have to heat up the milk beforehand but just pour it and milk heats up during the process. I also love that if I want to make a cup of tea, I can easily do it with Hot Water option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly an amazing coffee machine!  I am always hesitant to buy coffee makers because we have very hard well water. This machine is fully prepared for that!!  It comes with a water hardness test strip and you set the machine to accommodate for the hardness of your water. Then the machine lets you know when you need to clean it.  It is very easy to set up. It comes with instructions but I suggest you scan the QR code that takes you to the website where you can watch videos that show you how to do everything with the machine including set up. It makes lots of different types of drinks with my favorite being cappuccinos and espresso with cream!  You can also make single cups of coffee and dispense hot water for hot tea. I love that you can adjust the size of your cup and the strength of the coffee. I have tried many different types of milk frothers over the years and this latte to go system is by far the best!  You just pour in your milk and the machine does the rest. Clean up takes NO time. You just rinse it under running water. It froths milk beautifully and I found that the Simply brand of almond milk also makes beautiful froth which is exciting because half of my family is unable to consume regular cows milk.  Like every other espresso machine I've encountered this one is loud too but not overwhelming loud. I have 9 cats and none of them have been scared by the noise. I have successfully made espresso with others sleeping and not woken them up.  There are detailed cleaning and maintenance instructions included and available as videos online to keep the machine in perfect working order.  I have found all of this to be very easy. The brew group is easy to remove, clean, and reinsert. In summary, I could not be happier with this coffee maker!  It's easy to use and maintain and saves me so much money on coffee.

However we don't like how fast the water tray fills up and how often it prompts to empty the grounds. The ground container never gets over 1/4 full before it shuts down the machine. We also keep a cup under the dispensers so the water in the tray is coming from internal rinsing.

I really liked this machine, but after about three months it's making loud grinding sounds when it's first turned on then it will just shut off. Now back on the hunt to purchase a new one.

Im not satisfied with my machine. Ive read all the instructions and still coffee especially cappuccino. The expresso never comes out hot like at coffee shop. Dissatisfied for the price i purchased I was expecting better quality

It’s poorly made.  You will spend more time fixing errors and doing maintenance compared to getting a good cup of espresso.  So disappointing

I wanted to love this, but it was an epic fail.  The grounds end up all over inside the machine.  After 30 cups of espresso it still made a watery puck that resembled wet sand and was a disaster to clean up.  I purchased high quality beans and it was bitter no matter what.  Sadly, it got returned to the store.  I had read negative reviews and dismissed them because I am not a coffee snob by any means, I just enjoy a nice cappuccino or latte.  I should have listened to the reviews and saved myself time.
