I chose it because this is my second machine in 6 years. I sure hope i do not have to bring in for repairs as much as i did on my last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes great coffee! However we don’t like how fast the water tray fills up and how often it prompts to empty the grounds. The ground container never gets over 1/4 full before it shuts down the machine. We also keep a cup under the dispensers so the water in the tray is coming from internal rinsing.

Different from most coffee makers. Quite useful, but water reservoir is rather limites as the supply is quickly used up.

Im not satisfied with my machine. Ive read all the instructions and still coffee especially cappuccino. The expresso never comes out hot like at coffee shop. Dissatisfied for the price i purchased I was expecting better quality

I really liked this machine, but after about three months it’s making loud grinding sounds when it’s first turned on then it will just shut off. Now back on the hunt to purchase a new one.

I wanted to love this, but it was an epic fail. The grounds end up all over inside the machine. After 30 cups of espresso it still made a watery puck that resembled wet sand and was a disaster to clean up. I purchased high quality beans and it was bitter no matter what. Sadly, it got returned to the store. I had read negative reviews and dismissed them because I am not a coffee snob by any means, I just enjoy a nice cappuccino or latte. I should have listened to the reviews and saved myself time.

It’s poorly made. You will spend more time fixing errors and doing maintenance compared to getting a good cup of espresso. So disappointing
